when he mentioned that the sound of sitar put them to sleep while laughter club woke them up in the morning, it felt like straight out of novel. Beautiful and poetic at the same time. The simplicity of this man and his humbleness never left his side.

I saw Pankaj Tripathi at NSD 5 years back... he was so humble and just like any other guy.. white shirt and a gamcha around his neck... a gem of a person
pretty much what he said ☺...white shirt and gamcha might seem very normal to him or any other rural upbrought person but seems gem-like or humble for someone like me or you.
Moreover, the important aspect is to be in that 'natural state'. In today's world where everyone is putting on a mask of modernization fearing that someone might think less of them, he is unduly comfortable in his authentic state without pretending to be someone else that he's not just for the sake of society.

I saw Powder some time in 2010-11 and ever since then I have been his die-hard fan and crazily searched his work online. It feels so good to finally see him doing more and more work.
For 47 mins and 39 secs , i forgot about everything going on around me and in my life . A brilliant and in the most true sense , it was an unfiltered interview. A magnanimous entity like pankaj sir cant be incorporated in such a short span , he is a man with tons of experiences and life lessons because of his journey. But this interview surely revealed a lot about pankaj sir , and its all thanks to samdhish!!!! ❤️❤️✨️❤️✨️❤️🤟🤟

@@karankapoor2701 yeah you are right and the main reason behind that is the absence of industries and factories in Bihar..... example:- when i was in kota the teachers were from bihar majority of students were from bihar but they are studying in kota .....but i can say that that Bihar will be much better in later half of this century.....see i am from IIT Kanpur and i can see the no. Of students from bihar here and in many sectors Bihar have numbers.....and hopefully they will create jobs opportunities or start-up in Bihar too..... let's hope for the best

I think SP's name was Kunal. Roadside Romeos of our mohallas use to tell these stories every evening - how they escaped police, or how their friends got caught. We kids use to fascinatingly listen to their stories.

Pankaj Ji is so humble that we can literally feel it! His face clearly shows his lifelong struggle and journey to become an actor which he is now. If somebody tells me to describe humbleness then i would definitely show Pankaj Tripathi's face.

36:36 on his vices reminds me... Once I met Pankaj Tripathi at the Berlinale after the release of Newton. After the screening, he comes up to the gate where I'm standing. I ask him a question on censorship and cinema, but he's like, "woh sab theek hai, yeh batao tum cigarette peete ho?"
