oddly enough I feel he uses this as a way to engage his audience, by saying he's late it engages people to see what happens next. It opens mystery to the video. If Casey sees this comment I'm sure he can agree this is why he does it :D Probably won't admit it though, secret video tactic
See, this is one of the fundamentals/styles/types or wtvr you wanna label it, that everyone that is subscribed to him sees but never really something we ponder about. I've always wondered how he developed his storytelling skills. Prime example is how this vlog ended. It just feels satisfying
Aqil Kamaludin it is satisfying because he's showing how everyone has a passion, subconsciously you begin to feel that you have a purpose in life too. That's how it works (in my opinion).

I am trying to perfect my drone shots and I must say I am definitely analyzing what your doing so that I may use that as a foundation to create my own shots to express how I see the world, much like you do. I am avid follower and enjoy your daily grind, which you call work, but l know as freedom, and I am continually inspired by your work. You can definitely tell Casey has gone through a lot of big life changes recently, the way he talks and his energy, the way he moves around seems so weathered. It might be because he just got off vacation but he definitely seems a bit different now

Casey, (don't know if you'll read this) but this is my favorite episode of yours. Your most real episode that I've seen so far. FYI, I used your vlogs to learn how to teach my 11 & 12 year old cousins to become videographers. They are huge fans (you can tell because in the first episode they wear sunglasses=EmptyPocketJobs channel). So huge thanks for being the everyday vloging you. You're definitely inspiring people by being real and doing that which makes you happy.

It's crazy to think that we never notice all the effort that Casey puts into his videos to create a seamless workflow. Like when he pulls into the FedEx, he stops, sets up his tripod, backs out, and pulls back in just to get a .5 second shot of a car. Amazing.
casey is the only daily vlogger I watch, it's because of these videos where he explains that he is doing something always, it's inspiring. itsalmost magical watching these videos because I realised that he had developed this amazing artistic style of videos, much the way Wes Anderson has with his movies. keep doing it casey
