Pretty much it’s about these groups of shadows living in a mansion (looks more like a school to me) but they have these servants that serve them and serve as their face.
I recommend to not put eyes on the shadows bc it makes them look less shadow like ( I’m trying to hate, it’s just a suggestion, I love the way you made them)

You forgot to remove the eyes no need to remove the mouth
no offense but u can't see any shadows face or hair love the vid tho
Maybe she/he did that so we can see the expression of kate.
Ummm...you know kate's eye is red and she's a shadow you can't see her face at all
