Okayu's gyaru-mode is still undefeated. Also a big difference in something like valley girl and gyaru would be the distinct style and culture surrounding it. (Also correct me if I'm wrong but isn't gyaru like a 90's/00's thing and you really wouldn't find them anymore at least in like highschool?)
