Top video J.. liked the stars in your video. I've told my girlfriend about the stars.. she used to ask me loads a question regarding them, like " what makes you so sure they look like stars " etc. Anyways Ive been working with her to get her through, simply by asking the question " what do you see now " ( with eyes closed of course )... Colours , shapes & patterns etc. I usually asked this as we drifted off to sleep. The other night I asked her and she said purplish color. At the same time I had just busted through the purple clouds & as they faded I was going into the starfields. So I asked her " what do you see just beyond the purple. ? " ."Stars.." she said in amazement. " Stars ! "... Definitely things are getting back on track. We were both lying on our sides with our bodies touching at the time. This kidnda dispelled the myth one must be on ones back ,hands at the sides & remain perfectly still doesn't it. We did have some random Spotify meditation playlist playing at the time out the stereo...anyways there's a comment for the notes. Thumbs up as always J.
i dreamt my room was sideways, i felt very comtrolled. my sister had came in and checked on me and she told me to calm down. after that my mom came in and it felt as if she was trapping us.
