I has asthma too, I got checked and mine is controlled for now. BUT SAME I'm 10 and I'm not that bad after watching some of your videos, but I'm having trouble and keep runningnout of breath.

Shraddha Joshi forward placement is NOT a nasal sound , it’s a nasal area placement , the NNN will help y find it
