cant repair whats broken they pretty much need to just either nerf all the enchants and make some legendarys after and add new ones or just next game expansion add legendary enchants you can only find there like a dungeon that you can run once per account or set amount of time maybe 2 durring the day so it would actually be rare and make them none tradable
