Also, if the banach scholarship is not yet available for some reasons, i will advice you apply to public Universities in poland and get your offer letter so whenever, the option for the scholarships comes up you can easily complete your application. The deadline for the scholarship is June 21, 2024

How are you sure about the deadline if it is not opened yet in the main portal? They said they will open in June 2024 so far they didn't open as per my knowledge. I think it's better to put correct information rather than misleading others.
