Hi Sheila. Thanks for showing us your burger recipe. Great tip to add stuffing mix!. I tried it out and worked beautifully. You made an Aussie family very happy❤
I’m from the USA. I’ve listened to ppl from U.K. on UA-cam saying the portion sizes over here are huge. Watching you getting 8 burgers out of that amount of meat was amazing! I would only get 4 burgers out of that- guess that’s why we’re so fat! Love both of your channels! ❤
Hiya Sheila your burgers look very tasty , I will do some and freeze some I like to make a few and freeze some always have a full freezer so if can’t get out to shop in the winter but will do some towards my winter stash , nice to see you in the kitchen and thank you for your home made burgers 💕💕😘
Hi Sheila, I have never had a pork burger. I have Tupperware burger storage containers. I do use a pattie press similar to your. I have a red one with measuring lines on the side. I bet your burgers are good. 😊 Thanks for sharing.
I have found all stock cubes are like that now Sheila wether you buy oxo, bovril or shops own make , none of them will crumble and that’s a shame because it limits what you can use them for , I used to like to crumble one onto a whole chicken to colour and flavour the skin but you just can’t do that now I don’t know why they changed them 🤷♀️your hamburgers look lovey and when I make mine I only used breadcrumbs but I love your idea of using dried stuffing , genius 👏will be giving them ago thank you 🍔Amanda xx
Oooooo this looks mouthwatering Sheila. I always love to see what you’re up to in the kitchen. You’re a marvelous cook and baker! We have oxo ( called ‘herb ox ‘ cubes here; same stuff ) ❤Marilyn xx
They look very tasty Sheila! I make a similar thing…rissoles..using sausagemeat, stuffing and dipping them in egg and covering them with breadcrumbs. Fry them up and then make an onion gravy to go with the,…scrummy! I freeze some too ready to use. I shall definately have a go at yours!

Sheila, I really like this tutorial. I like the idea of using that hamburger press to get the thinner burger. Think I'll have to buy one. :)

now that's a good idea Heather..
Handmade are always the best I do not have a burger press I must admit they do look neater take care
They look good I must try ❤
I think I like to have a go but I don't have salt I stop that years ago by❤❤❤
I find that oxo's now are either too hard to crumble or moist like yours, they are not as good as they used to be.
The beef oxos crumble better than the chicken ones
They are rock hard now are oxos
mine wasn't hard Pam just moist so wouldn't crumble..
