Kimberly was so compelling in the storyline. There were many days I was brought to tears. I also felt once this storyline aired social ignorance about the virus slowed a lot and brought on compassion. I even had "Robin's Story" VHS when it aired on Disney. That's how popular this story and Kimberly was in the mid 90s.
Love Kimberly!! She's so talented... I just can't believe that she hasn't won an award when she returned and did so many amazing performances with great storylines and that she worked so well with JT they both deserve to win during those years I know he was at least nominated I believe it was four times how he didn't win at least once is beyond me but what boggles my mind even more I don't think Kim was even nominated once during that time sometimes I really think whoever votes when these awards makes it a popularity contest instead of who really deserves to win because I don't care whether you like the character or the actor but how in the world could Michael Sutton who played soon not have one alongside Kimberly for their amazing storyline he played that character so beautifully I never cried so much watching soap story line he was definitely robbed but I'm glad even though I cry every time that we have these clips and can watch back on the happier times with him and Robin 💞
She would have had to submit a reel of her work to be considered, its not a matter of just being nominated or winning. Not every actor wants the recognition, its just a popularity contest now anyway.
