With this kind of damage you would benefit from having ranged HP proc familiars and ranged shield on your wall. I think buffing up artifacts ranged HP, maybe switching one of the inf heroes for Black Crow or Night Raven, and doing army leadership debuffs and/or p2p counter boosts, would reduce damage enough to use passives (maybe still 60/60) on a first wave and leave your frontline strong enough for a second, though, if they're going blind and not sending heavy counters. I've been using the Crystal Briefs line up of Watcher, Snow Queen, Black Crow, Rose Knight, Child of Light with ranged 60/60, ranged 80 HP, and ranged shield proc familiars, for a while when using ranged formations and strong counters, including one from A7med9, don't do anywhere near 10m on a slightly worse geared/jeweled, low beds, but army-leadership-maxed smaller troop comp without much p2p counter. Imo t5 aren't worth the might on a trap either unless you also want it to be good at filling rallies or attacking. I think just running 1/3 more t4 works about the same for the same troop might and without having the ~90m extra research might (you do get a little extra stats but they are might-expensive and 10% additive stats isn't much). As far as I can tell p5 damage doesn't care about troop counters, just the attacker's troop strength (t5 fill and ATK stats) and the defender's HP for the type receiving the damage. Inf tends to take a bit less than cav on a non champ mix regardless of which familiars are hitting because of cup stats although the difference is smaller now if boosting cav HP in artifacts (and you're not using a cup so that isn't really true on this account in the first place). Maybe having a big cav backline could help tank inf counters by killing them faster but I've never run more than 10m t2 cav since I wouldn't put cav front on multiple rallies unless I am sure none of them are ranged (but I do tend to keep my t3/4 cav count higher than inf/ranged to strengthen my backline against inf-ranged counters). I would possibly be a bit concerned in the current meta about having cav as the largest type for inf phal mixed rallies with Hell Drider also.
lol should have switched to Zaidu when they furied and gave their leader to the target, they might have even been locked in speed gear if they were trying to get there fast.
