Guy, Great demo! It covered a lot of nice tricks. I think that your use of the g_One fields is what is commonly referred to as the "Magic Key". But, I am wondering if the field has to be a Global, which I assume you meant it to be with the "g_" prefix. I am asking because you did not make them Global fields in your example file and it seems to work just fine. Thanks. Rick
Hi Rick, This field is not supposed to be global, but if you use an Auto Enter value like I did, every record will have the same value in that field. Which is kind of similar to having a global field. Although not entirely the same. But you are right. Maybe the name of that field isn't entirely correct. Greetings Guy
Guy I have a question where do I send email with some questions? or could be possible if you can answer the following question? I would like to have your help how to make a Progress Bar to be used in remaining days, due dates, inventories (elements in stock) and other. thanks
That sounds like a whole setup. I sadly don't have the time right now to work on a project like that. You could ask around on the Filemaker Community Forum. There are a lot of smart developers there. Greetings Guy
Hello Guy Stevens, Thank you so much for different tutorials.
