Hi , thank you so much , some they put corn oil to make it look shinny , some they use clothes hand steamer , and some cakes are sweating that’s it looks shinny

Muy lindo el vídeo me encantó. Una consulta encima del Queque pusiste Chantilly y como haces para que no se corra a la hora de forrar con masa fondant? Cómo es crema de Chantilly me imagino cuando presionas al querer pulir la masa no se aplasta el Chantilly?
