I obviously cant say for sure but waiting at the red light and going under the speed limit when its raining are probably the right thing to do. Sure, they annoy us because we are used to speeding but if we're being honest, since speed is attributed to 29% of traffic fatalities (thanks chatgpt) and stopping distance and traction are reduced, going the maximum recommended speed is probably the "wrong" thing to do. Especially if youre using a safety system where every accident is scrutinized by media and the public. Enjoyed your video! Liked and subscribed. :)
@@shanereighard9727 Thank you so much for watching and subscribing! I really appreciate your thoughtful comment. I think I only mentioned the speed because at one point we were traveling 35 in a 55, which stood out to me. You’re absolutely right-when it’s raining, it’s probably better for the car to go a bit slower to maintain safety, even if it feels a bit annoying at times. Speed and weather conditions play a huge role in stopping distance and traction, and you’re spot on about how safety systems are under extra scrutiny. Thanks again for the support, and I’m glad you enjoyed the video!
lately I have been driving a lot in the rain here in north part of Idaho... Besides the warning that FSD may be degraded due to weather, Its been driving just as good as when no rain. So far so good!
@@FSDRoboRides I do notice that the speed is a bit lower in inclement weather vs. sunshine... I like that! It seems like everyday for the last 2 weeks seems to be raining whenever I'm out driving. I just let the "warning" do its thing but I am a bit more alert for trouble just in case. I have not disengaged at all. Today rained a bit harder than usual but Tesi drove us home perfectly.
I hope that you would reach the needed subscribers as soon as possible because we all want to see how FSD will perform in New York. Can you record the whole drive (from your home to New York, because we all want to see uncut FSD road trips, in my opinion ) Fortunately you are one of those youtubers who makes very interesting content to watch)
It's crazy to me that 90,000 people watched my videos and only 800 subscribed lol. Thanks so much for the support! I really appreciate the encouragement. A full uncut FSD road trip to New York sounds like an awesome idea-I'll definitely consider it for a future video once I hit that milestone. It’s going to be fascinating to see how the FSD handles the hustle and bustle of New York! Stay tuned for more updates, and thanks again for watching!
@@FSDRoboRides Thanks to you for recording and entertaining us. Unfortunately I must agree that the first thing you mention is crazy and I really don't know why. But we should not pay attention to bad things. If they want to subscribe, it will be nice and good for your channel and, of course, for you. But if they don't want to subscribe, who can force them to do that? Instead, we should all try to make a better community together. Have а nice day.
Yes, please do a video on using Superchargers as your primary charging option. I live in an apartment complex with no way to charge. I'm already subscribed! 😂
With the FSD version being the same it s safe to assume that the changes in behaviour are due to changes in conditions. Since a neural network is driving and not heuristic code.
I’m also very excited about v13. According to the AI TEAM it should be around a 5x improvement. I hope enough people subscribe so we can take this current version v12.5.6.3 to the city and compare to v13 in the city when it comes out.

I'm risking my life here, and yet, only a handful of you found the subscribe button-come on, people! LOL.

@@GuitarsByWarr great feedback thank you for sharing your experience.
At 3:14 probably waiting for a green right-turn arrow.
It seems unlikely, as every other time at this intersection, it has proceeded on red after stopping.
The labeled segments and interesting commentary are much appreciated!
Thank you for watching. I’m glad my time is spent wisely making those.
great job

Great point.
I’m just counting the seconds until v13 comes out. I don’t think we will see significant improvements to FSD until this happens.

would be better if you do not intervene (e.g., like pressing the accelerator if it is too slow or pauses longer at intersections)

Quite the opposite. Tesla uses interventions to improve the system. Any user input is presumed as error.
I need to see the drives in New York. Subscribe people, pretty pls!
Also, do your research, invest in Tesla ;)
You’re an awesome hype-man thank you for your support.
