ok so the bit that I miss is " sing in with your room account" ... and device log in... so does that mean its only paired to one device and you need a separate license for it for teams ? I'm after a solution that's just plug and play for BYOD... not something that just members of my work network in the building can use.... is this the right solution ?
Hello, thank you for your video, I have a question, A20 and A30 natively already come with a Microsoft Teams environment, is there a way to have the 2 Zoom and Teams platforms without a problem? Just some button to switch between environments or something similar? Thanks in advance for the response.
Advanced settings - We've got a quick Ball setting and camera control setting underneath that...... And they do what exactly? Especially since we've already gone through camera control in the main options.
Thanks for the video! That is a great walk through and guide. With its bluetooth connections, is it possible to connect in a Yealink CP920 conference phone at all?
Hi, we bought this a month ago. What firmware are you using? I downloaded the latest firmware but it doesn`t look like yours. I also cannot send meeting invites or accept meeting invites outside of our organization. I have logged calls by our suppliers, yealink and Microsoft but still struggling.
A question - how does content sharing work in room? I assume you need to join the meeting from a laptop and then share from there - does the yealink display content on one screen and video feed on the other, if so desired?
Great walkthrough. One question, for the MS Teams license, does MS Teams Rooms Pro work as long as it is with audio conferencing?. The pro license I have does not have audio conferencing enabled and it does not allow sign in.
The Pro license is THE Teams Rooms to use moving forward. As for it not allowing sign-in, I am confused by that. The Pro license is what you need from the Teams side, though.
Just received our new Yealink Meeting Bar A20 and CTP18 Touch Panel. After putting the equipment in place, I don't see any of these menus for language, etc. I hooked up the devices to the ethernet ports in the conference room, but each port is pointing to a different IP address. Is it possible to use our wireless connection to pair these? Or do they have to be hooked to the same ethernet IP? Thanks!
Nevermind. I found out that it requires an external dongle for wireless sharing or an adapter for wired sharing content Content sharing(optional): - VCH51 Sharing Kit (HDMI/USB-C) - WPP20 Wireless Presentation Pod 3
not sure if you still need this solution, but I got all this setup today and it wasn't straightfoward at all.. this video glosses through all the back end account setup.
Thanks for making this video. Just got one for our office and we are impressed.
Thanks for the great walkthrough!
We just got one at the office. I'll shine showing how this toy works :)
Excellent review and walkthrough, my friend! Thanks for this video! 🖖🏻🙏🏻
Noise Reduction2D has nothing to do with audio, its for oddities in the image.

Do you have to create an AD account for this to work? or creating a resource and assigning a Microsoft teams rooms basic license is enough? Thanks!
@Expert of tihings & stuff can you have a custom wallpaper, like company logo ?
What does the mount look like?

Thanks for that. I receive 'The device is not enrolled with device administrator', yet it actually is. More troubleshooting with the vendor I think!
Hi, did you resolve your issue? I have an issue with the unit prompting "Device Administrator is disabled"
"contact your administrator"

They cannot usw the same IP. They must be on the same network to see each other for initial pairing.
I’m struggling with the share button. It does have the option, but when I try it, it says that there’s no HDMI cable. How does it work on this model?

What is the procedure in order to enroll this set to managed by Intune?

How to make yealink as default organizer If I make meeting with anther device
You must manage Organizers through the platform software, I.E., Teams.
Good video but that trunking is killing me.
Waiting for your reply to my query below...thanks!
Hello Sir, is this can use for BYOD?
Yes
