it's good but not amazing, no deep/low frequency or boomy bass which you would get with a subwoofer.

@@nanospace2389 Nope, there's 2 front footwell subs but they don't do a great job and just imitate a proper subwoofer sadly

i own a 2016 s205 and i can assure you that the standard system is pure garbage.

I’ve never heard the sound quality of one without it but the burmester sound system in the w205is pretty trash. Sound quality is very good but the bass is not that great. Harmon Kardon sound is much better.
