    Hey KC, quick quesiton: in a previous video you mentioned Rutgers only takes US residents but the website says they include international students. Is that a recent change? I'm preparing my applications at the moment and wanted to check whether Rutgers is an option for me as an international student.

    Could you please explain how to convert Russian grades to GPA? And also which grade is important? Final government exam or the average grades?

      You need to submit your diploma to evaluation agency in the US. All grades are important, they calculate the average

      I havent seen any official statistics, it would be difficult to report because each school would have to share the data. Very big ball park from my personal observation - about 80% of people with GPA higher than 3.0 get in
