    What a presentation! Just add a cup of tea on the side and it makes a world of diference!

    I tried the above receipe exactly qhat youhave written but the crispiness is not there. I fried it inmedium to low flame only,Please let me know the solution.K.S.Gopalakrishnan,Kolkata

      I had the same problem. I fried it in medium heat until they turned golden.

    I made it yesterday but mine came out soft. Could it be because of milk in the dough?
    I always use water and the nimkis are crunchy.
    I remember my grandmother and mother used milk to make soft pooris, so it could be because of the milk the nimkis aren’t crispy.😢😢

    In bangladesh I have seen CHeese Nimki....I wonder if it was feta cheese or paneer cheese...it was kinda salty but tasty....

    I tried making this but as I would put it pan to fry the nimki wouldn't rise up nicely and cook through on the inside..what am i doing wrong?
