      i have that problem too, when i sustain notes, and start getting out of breath, thats a true deal. But he sings amazing though, and now with years of practice and classes, i think he could do it better

    I love Joe and the Jonas Brothers but when it comes to vocals very few can beat Demi. And this was just a few months before rehab when their voice was damaged from purging. Joe's voice has improved a lot since then but then again so has Demi's. It would be fun to see them do this today.

    To be fair tho, Joe's part is much higher relatively
    He's singing in his upper register while Demi is singing in her mid range, so he was probably exhausted and out of breath before that last long belt.

      If you have good vocal technique, you’re ability to sustain shouldn’t be affected unless you’re using falsetto, since it’s much more breathy, but he wasn’t sooooo

    If you actually listen, Joe was singing a much higher note, which is difficult to sustain, while Demi was just...well, kind of middle note.
