I already did 111 draws as of now with 311 crests, I think my luck is a bit on the unlucky side, also I don't get as much basic skins from the draw as you do, those 11 converted crests are surely helpful

Helloww, 109 draws with 226 crests.. the RNG sure is terrible. Have you already purchased starlight for this month or have yet to?
Since, the approximate draws required to get the skin have mostly been between 120 - 130 draws.
