Great review Mark was thinking about trying the i25 but picked up a original ping rapture driver last week and have never hit the ball so far.

I tested both out and went with the i25... if you aren't a huge fan of the enormous driver heads you will love the i25, the g25 is great too but I just feel like I get a little more control with the slightly compact head... if you don't hit close to the middle most time then I guess the bigger head will probably be best for you.
Santa brought me a new G25 and I love it. I have since added the 18-degree 5-wood as well and couldn't be happier. I'm even looking at Ping to possibly replace my long-loved Mizuno irons, although I not sure about giving up my grain-flow forged heads.

Just saw your review on the covert 2.0 tour. And the Distance is 5 yards more with the covert in average.

Great review Mark ! I like Ping so I might get one of these drivers only if I see much yardage improvement over my G 15 driver . I would say I need to see 10 yards more otherwise I will not spend the $$. If you could please talk about shaft flex-stiff vs regular. When do you know that based on your speed swing what shaft flex will benefit you and why is that? Have you done the Ping 3 metals? How about the Ping Rapture 3 metal? Good club? THX Again!
Comparing an 8.5 to a 9.5 isn't a true comparison though. I know you set them both to 9, but setting the 8.5 to 9 closes the head, and setting 9.5 to 9 opens the head, if I'm not mistaken. That could throw the numbers off a bit.
Although all of that is irrelevant since PING heads very rarely ever lazor to their stated lofts. Usually the true lofts are higher.
I'd also like to see the same shaft being used for each head.
But don't get me wrong, I love these videos! Keep it up!

So if the Anser had better numbers than the G25, and it's better then the i25 so Anser is still the best driver made by Ping?
Test the bombtech driver, like to see your numbers with it considering your consistent numbers

You think the G25 is worth getting if you have a G20? G25 definitely has better looks but G20 just performs for me. Any forgiveness differences between the two?
Keep your G20! That is a great club. I used to have one and sold it to a friend. I miss that driver! Don't buy the G25 until the price comes down!

Nice compare Mark, Now throw away the Covert driver and go for the i25. ill keep my Ping Anser driver with my 44,5 inch GD YS6 Shaft. 😊

Honestly I found the Ping i25 to be terrible. The feel is so hollow to me. The shaft is just not up to par. I honestly think they should have just taken the i20, added the adjustable and didn't mess with the shaft. The feel for the i20 is still one of the best feeling club. For a model targeting better players, this was highly disappointing.
10.5 G25 + Fujikura Fuel = cannon!
+9tube1 don't mizuno has great irons and ping irons could screw ur game but do what u think best for your game
I don't like the sticky outey thing in the g25
The key difference is forgiveness. We aren't all scratch golfers and so the G25 wins hands down for most people.
G25 at $350US or i25 at $399US...now if the G25's came like Bubba's with the racing stripes...that'd be a different story

Want stripes on your driver to use as a visual aid? Save your money and grab some Sellotape.
These two clubs are exactly the same..
