Hope ! Noor does not have to go through this process again. She will be fine 👍I think as a mother we are always extra concerned about our kids .But please dont think or worry too much about covid effects etc. She will be absolutely fine 👍

Same situation I am going..... My daughter is 2.8 years old and she's weight is only 9kg and height is also not growing.... So I had concerns about it and I go to the our pediatrician and he refer us to another pediatrician who is also hormone specialist we visit the pediatric and he find some behaviour issues he said hormones are normal and according to her height her weight is ok but she has some behaviour issues so that he refer us to his wife who is pediatric+ behaviour specialist so she checked my little and she said that my baby is suffering from ADHD .... She said to us to do some tests one is behaviour and another are thyroid and CBC so her behaviour tests report is positive she has some ADHD,s symptoms and her thyroid test is absolutely normal but her CBC is not so good ...... Tomorrow I will go to the doctor to show her reports.....

Good that you are getting the tests done, we also did them and it all came clear, my son has always been lean, and gained more height at 5-6 years, but still by global standards forever 5 percentile for weight and 15 percentile for height
Same situation with my child😢 my child is 4 year old. Going for detailed test in this week.

Please don't delay if Dr has suggested something to you. Nothing happens prick karne se. My son had some condition at birth for which he had to take blood thinner for first 3 months of his life. Our pediatrician had tought me how to give it and I used to give him blood thinner injection. Be strong 😊

Hi Mansi , earlier also you got her tests done and you mentioned all reports were normal?
Also I would suggest try offering green chilke wali dal and masoor dal twice a day to her and you can see the magic. My baby is of the same age and this little thing has done wonders

Hi Mansi , I completely understand what you have gone through . My kid was of same age when we took him for blood test. I literally saw his blood drops on the floor , it was really painfull for me .😢

Just a suggestion here my daughter has same issue and she was having covid when she was 8 month.but i had made 1 year homeopathy remidies now weight is not that good but definitely height is growing so well . So dr Said this might be genetic so there might be reason for some time it might not increase but after 6 7 years it might change.

Hi Mansi can you pls share the test doctor has suggested you to get done as I have two kids one is 5.7 year old and another one is 13 months old. Both are super active but their weight gain is very poor. Elder one is just 15kg and younger one is 7.5 kg 😢
I will try to share the test names , but it’s actually recommended to consult a doctor before getting anything done on your children , so hope you will do that too

Mansi di being a two daughter mother I want to suggest you one thing that is some girls are growing fast and some slowly no worry to for Noor she is very active only one suggestion for you that is cut her hair small for some days bcoz my younger daughter also same prob childs are not comfortable in long hair God bless noor

@MomComIndia Manasi, you just don't worry... Even I and my entire family was going through the same issue. Our neighbors and as per observations we were also thinking that why is she so lean and height is also less.. So we also visited multiple pediatricians and did multiple possible blood tests like wheat intolerance, lactose intolerance, sugar, thyroid etc. But all came normal.
My daughter is of Noor's age just 2 months younger and touch wood she is very active and smart child.. Completes her milestone before or on time. So we now we have just stopped bothering much.. Otherwise its difficult to enjoy the process. We just focus on her wellbeing, food, learning and happiness wise.
My husband was just like her in his childhood so it can be genetic as well.

I think Constipation may be the reason of slow weight gain apart from the genes, if Constipation is managed, she will eat better and gain weight eventually

@@MomComIndia that's good. You can also consult paediatrician regarding constipation. They give a syrup to help children to pass stool smoothly. My son had this issue.

Mera beta Noor se 4 din bada hai unka weight abhi 10 kg hai. Maine paediatrician ko bola muse uska blood teat karvana hai kyu unka weight gain nahi hota to doctor ne muse bola weight pe mat javo vo healthy hai wo dekhana hai. Bar bar bimar nahi padta wo dekhana chaie

Can yoi please suggest which doc you have gone to i meant normal paediatrician or some specialist ...cz i also had covid on my 8 th month plus was on insulin thru out my pregnancy...i also think my baby weight gaon is poor ...and height is also not increasing...my paediatrician says all okay if baby is active but as a mother these all things go in my mind too..and m also thinking to visit some other doc....just wanted to know . ..growth and development k liye kauns doc ko dikhatw hain
