Very nice ' & this guy looks lire very cool...
Aloha surfer!
I always wonder about how dudes like this, who appear to do nothing but surf and chill all the time, can afford to live in a place where the average home price is over 500k. I dont at all mean this in a negative way, I am just legitimately curious. Lol 🤷
Inheritance, business success, idk
Houses haven’t always been $500K (or more). This cat is a local and his folk may have bought their “$500K house” back in the 1960-70s for $29K. If that was the price then, the market value now is $500K to $1.2 million. The house probably didn’t change much, but the economy and scarcity of houses drive the value up.
That’s just my suggestion of the variety of reasons why he can live there still.
As far as priorities: surfing can be a real passionate, spiritual thing and people arrange their lives to be able to be in the waves as much as they can.
You notice in the video he is not driving the latest Range Rover, just a reliable older truck.
If you really love to surf, you make time for it. For some, surfing is a seasonal thing, maybe they just do it during the winter in San Diego or Mexico.
During my busiest years working in the mainstream movie industry, I used to work 6 months of the year, at 80 hours a week. This was how I scheduled my life. The other 6 months I’d be living in Mexico, doing some surfing, waterskiing, snorkeling, and improving my Spanish.
Time is how you spend it...
Stay ire...
HM
grow some weed yah
Probably his parents home he inherited
You remind me of mark Herbst. once I went to salsipudes with him and my car overheated so we walked over to some houses and were looking for water and knocked on this door and an American man answered and he was talking like a robot cause he had a microphone jammed against his neck and I just turned white as a sheet.
I n I..Ital.. Psalms 18:8 we give thanks and praises Leviticus 21 verse 5 Book of Rules..JAH know WE forward H.I.M INITY Livity
Dr. Zevia cured me of the DP fix...
rip van winnnnnnnkle lol

Looks like you live in a Clairemont neighborhood. Oops, wrote this up 2 minutes into the vid 🥴
Real men hit VG Donuts after a surf session 😂😂
You mean Rose's on Morena and Linda Vista Rd.🤣
Did you get the right to use that on your video? Probably not. Another theft.
life with no work or responsibilities? Who pays the bills? Tell me your secret.
Parents probably bought the house he lives in and just handed it to him.
