Hi Tara, thanks for watching. I will certainly give this some thought - it's a little more tricky with stamps as they come and go so quickly and some of my favourite sets are actually ones you maybe can't get anymore, so it's always difficult to show them as people can't then get hold of them if they like them. But I will give it a bit more thought to see if it will work out. Lisa

What a brilliant round up of all your favourite dies. Quite a few of them are my favourites too - the Avery Elle bookmark is the best! You are right that they can be an investment, but I pick and choose and have never been disappointed yet. Those SSS stitched ones I use all the time. What a labour of love for us and it’s great to see all the examples. I have to have that Tag A Long die set from CB - it really looks so useful. Xx
I agree completely, most of mine have been good buys, apart from too many rectangles but you live and learn! The Tag along is a great set especially as the tags are a good size so if you want to have a tag on a card, then they work well for that too. And all the little extras make them very adaptable! Have you seen any stitched rectangle dies sized for U.K. card sizes please? I find most dies are sized for US card sizes, but I can’t get 8.5x11 cardstock easily. I’d like one to fit a U.K. A6 card (half A4 folded), and some mats for that.
I believe Create A Smile Stamps based in Germany do European size dies. And I think Craftstash in the UK might also, so check both of them out. Thanks for watching 😃

Great video, Lisa! I’m a fairly new subbie! Lots of interesting ideas again. One question: how is the P&P/tax from the US or Canada to the U.K.? I’m based in Bucks and would love to order some items from SSS but am put off by the tax & P&P. Any advice much appreciated, Valerie xx
Thank you so much for watching Valerie. I am glad you found it useful. I usually shop from SSS about three or four times a year and accept the charges for shipping because I love their products so much but I do understand the resistance as it can bump up the budget and that’s not always possible for people. UK Customs can charge tax if the value of your order is over $15 so there is always a risk that you may get taxes so you do need to bear that in mind. If you do get customs charges, you will also have to cop an £8 Royal Mail handling fee which always upsets me, the customs I don’t really mind so much. I Often wait for a sale, order in that and then I feel it balances out any charges I get. Many companies do stitched basic shape dies if thats what you are after and Dies to Die For, Bumbleberrys, plus Seven Hills Crafts stock US brands so that can help a lot as you won’t payncharges if you order from them. Hope that helps!

I am glad you know of the companies that stock the brands as that helps a lot. Craft Stash is another that stocks a few of them so are always worth checking.SSS has a flash sale on today, 15% of their branded items in case you feel like looking :-)

Hahah! Yes! The largest of each shape would be fab! I definitely made some mistakes with my rectangles. I have an MFT set too just didn’t show them in the video! They are all great dies, I just got a lot of repetition with sizes. Thank you for watching!
