Vedesh do not cook your curry without methi or fenugreek .put it first in the hot oil, do not burn it.then fry your onions until brown, then put in your curries and fry it.Thats the secret ingredient.Then it will taste very nice , over nice.and you will not make curry ever again without it.Use like about half teaspoon
