Just adding this for ppl just looking into this. Don't count EZ-Lip out. It is more flexible and easier to contour around corners. The All- fit is harder to get looking perfect. Since it is sturdier it waves in different directions after making a turn, causing an odd fitting lip. This is just my experience.
M 6 work with what you got bro. Please don’t tell me your one of those people who laugh at budget builds. Honestly it looks pretty good. There’s no reason to go to a body shop and pay a bunch more.

I Made these for my Car back in 2009 it started on a small forum. The Eclipse and Civic Hatched forum . We also Build side skirt using the wood that run around your room the bottom pieces. That 3M Tape merged into my car the lips is incredible durable. Still standing after all these years
I think the ALL-FIT lip is much better for quality and longevity but for anyone who wants to install the ALL-FIT lip without screws you may have issues keeping it on your car. I installed 2 different ALL-FIT lips on my car after properly cleaning my bumper and had it fall off within a week without the screws. I never used the screws because I installed it on my brand new car and didn't want to drill holes in my bumper even if they wouldn't be seen. I have now put those 2 lips on my 2 other cars with screws and they have held up just fine. I have now installed an EZ lip on my new car and it has held up just fine without any hardware. For anyone who is just going for the look and isnt worried about scrapping anything or doesn't want to drill holes in your bumper I would recommend the EZ Lip
@goatedsj I've yet to have it fall off. I replaced the one of the front because I damaged it but it protected my bumper and the one I replaced it with has been in the car for the better part of 4 years and still holding strong and even though it isn't the strongest it had held up remarkably well even after a few times contacting the ground. I have them on the sides and well and both those are 6 or so years old and still holding.

I had the ez lip on my dart and I hit a curb once and it was fine. You would have to really crush it between the bumper and curb to rip it but if the price is no different then go for it

This is an old video. I just got a new car and have been checking out what I want to do for mods. The All fit on my BMW E92 was very low. I put the all fit on my car. I scrapped it a million times. I parked against curbs (In the beginning). Frankly it made the car too low for me. But it never screwed up. The screws made it hold like steal. I give all fit a 20 out of 10 stars!
We have the same thing on taobao in China the Samurai brand car lip which is identical to the all fit lip，made of rubber not foam rubber like the one on ebay and EZ lip， and the samurai lip is selling for $5 in China, The people behind the all-fit lip is making big money for sure.
I run a EZ lip on my Porsche Cayman S. It’s super great. I would buy a nice carbon fiber lip but my car is lowered a lot and I always scrape my lip. If I had a 1k$ lip it would brake alot on me
yep he's definitely right! that ezlip wast strong got the two lip, compare the two and ezlip break easily. all-fit lip was really durable. 5star for the all-fit lip (1star for ezlip)
Just installed the all fit lip today, miles better then the EZlip. Had the EZlip before and it was super soft and scratched/ripped easily. Had to take it off cause it looked so bad.
I had EasyLip on my car for 4 years without any issues, then replace it in 2015 with EasyLip Pro which is the same harder rubber as All Fit and it's still on my car. Both product have a different look/shape/weight/rigidity/price. Depends what you want.
I Bought the EZ-Lip. Here is the verdict. Its "OKAY" for side skirts and Rear bumper. It is Not great for the Front Bumper. I did all the precautions from heating the adhesive to cleaning extensively with alcohol and drying before applying. After 1 week of driving its already started to peel from wind acceleration when driving. I will definitely go for all Fit next time i replace the front bumper.
I've had my ez lip for 6 months now and no problems, i didnt de grease and ive trashed it into some pretty bad drive ways and it hasnt shown signs of peeling. i drive a 04 wrx and its fine
I've had my ezlip pro on the front of my car for about 5 months now. Literally scraping my driveway every single day and multiple track events with speeds above 120mph. Mine is still perfectly fine. I'm guessing there was something that compromised the adhesion during install.
Hmmm.... My 2004 Sebring needs a bit of a makeover. Got to fix the clear coat, spruce up the rims, a bit of front end work and deal with just one rust spot. This lip thing would be a nice mod being that the finish is red.
Juan pablo Hurtado it might slightly. Lots of cars have similar air dams from the factory (albeit tested to show actual efficient improvements). Air dams are a proven way to decrease drag and smooth airflow under the car

EZ-Lip is cheaper though, but All Fit has a larger fitment. He said they were about the same price, but they are not. EZ-Lip is about $20 bucks top and All Fit ranges from $40 - $80 bucks, but that's Ebay prices. I haven't checked other sites, but I deal with eBay regularly.
You don't HAVE to drill in to your bumper. We just offer an added option for our customers instead of making all customers depending on simply 3M tape. All applications are unique, so we want to make sure all customers can have the correct hardware for a correct installation.
I tried the samurai lip on my 08.its ok I guess.right in the middle where bumper bends up is where the lip didn't setup the same way on either side.its ok I guess.maybe I'm just a perfectionist or something or maybe it really doesn't look good to my liking...I get compliments though.thanks for the vid.
I chose the cheap way and made my own with double sided sticky tape and garage door liner. It ripped in 2 weeks and was the biggest bitch to take out. Going to wait till spring to get the all fit lip or the sti lip.
I bought an STI lip for my car but didn't install it because not only did it not fit properly (end to end, it was close but not good enough for me), but it also had to be twisted to fit. The all fit lip can be cut to perfect size
milanmastracci Yeah I agree :) thinking about a HFP as well. Also I heard you have to cut pieces of the front and rear bumper but some people say you don't so I would test fit it without cutting it first :O just to be safe
I wouldn't mind it if i could get away with doing a full car dip every 2 years but i feel like our winters are just too rough (and I'm too rough) on my car. Im guessing every spring you need to strip her down and cover her back up. I guess in a way thats cool too cuz we can be creative
Thats the beauty of this stuff though! Its durable, removable and affordable. If you prep the car well, it will easily last through the winter. Thats the main reason why I dip my car.

If you go ahead and just pull it off, it might. However if you use a heat gun, it will soften up the 3m tape and then removing it will be a lot easier.
@@Butterking99 Then spray some paint over it. I mistakenly drilled holes on my car for the rear mud flaps and I had to paint the holes. No signs of rust so far.

I got EZ lip on my car for 3 years already. Still looking good. It is easy to apply. All fit looks kinda hard to apply around the curve.

How easy is this to remove? I know 3m tape can be a pain.. Will it remove any paint if you have to remove it for whatever reason?
