I know wire wrapping, and wanting to do wire weaving. But I wasn't too confident trying, because in another videos seems difficult or hard to follow. Your video makes me give it a try. I will soon star making this ring. Thank you for your tutorials. You have a new subscriber.
Amazing tutorials! Thanks for another easy one that I can play with and modify! Today I’m trying this base idea but with a larger tear drop amethyst facet.
Your wire tutorials are the best I've ever watched! I just wanted to say that and to thank you very much for all of your hard work I really appreciate it a lot as I am sure tons of other people do as well!!♥♥
I have tons of solitaire stone and had a heck ok a time setting them for rings but thanks to you I'm going to use up all I have and make inventory for my summer vendor booth❤ty
Your tutorials are really stellar. Leave it to me to wait until I’m dying to learn to weave/coil/heady wrap. But better late than never! Ha. I checked out your website and your stuff is amazing and you’re about as cute as can be. I wish you the very best in your creative endeavors (and all of them really). Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I’m enjoying the learning process and you help immensely.
Your comment really made my day! Thank you! 🥰 I’m glad that my videos are helpful to you! I feel like my learning has been all over the place, but just do you and it’ll be all good. 😉👍
If you use a third wire and make a cradle with the extra wire you won't have the problem of feeling the culet on your finger. Gives you more variety of weave choice too.
Thanks again Ellie and Im always urging people to subscribe in the comment sections because they think it messes up their memory or someone trying to sell them something when in fact it only helps your algorithms. I have subscribed to many jewelry tutorials and a few other interest so my feed is always related to my interest. ....... And thank you again for taking time to share your art. Much appreciated here. Peace Everyone✌
This is an excellent design with many inspired opportunities. While watching, I'm thinking how slightly larger base wires, 18ga. perhaps, to accommodate men's sizes could be used with this design. I may have to try it to see for myself. Thanks for this tutorial and demonstrating the skills to produce a beautiful ring.
Hi Elizabeth Beautiful Name.. Thank You for Sharing Your Great Talent.. Elizabeth You have Made Beautiful Pieces, But on Weaving I Really Can't See Your Patterning, Is Their anyway You can Do A Weaving Tutorial on them?? Please 🙏.. Them Rings You made are Beautiful, and I want to Try to Recreate it.. Thank You so much for Sharing Your Beautiful Work..
I certainly can! I've been wanting to do some videos on weaving specifically and perhaps some blog articles as well. :) I'll definitely be working on that!
Glad to hear it! For the faceted stones like the one in this video, I get them from GarnetShop on Etsy. It ships from the east coast and I haven't been disappointed with the quality yet! Hope that helps!
For most of my projects I use dead soft wire. You may need to harden the ring band with rubber mallet to add so strength, but I find dead soft easiest to work with. 👍 Hope that helps!

Thanks!
I love this tutorial 😊 Can you recommend a place/company where I can purchase these stones? I’m having trouble finding nice ones.

Absolutely beautiful. May I ask what type of wire are you using??
Thank you! The wire is raw copper. Hope that helps!
Hey! Thank you for making this tutorial. So my question is, are you using dead-hard wire, or soft? Thanks!!!!

@@alexwoodbury6568 You're welcome!
Sweet ❤
Thank you!
Are you using flat wire?
I just used round wire, but you could use square and half round as well. 😊 Hope that helps!
