@@ALayoubiMaintenanceCenter Thank you! You could start video with a picture of the inverter table (on the side wall) - the type and all parameters will be visible - just for info. Thank you very much, again!
I hope you will forgive us And you are all right But we were sometimes forgetting to show the technical specifications of the device We promise to show the special data for each inverter that we tube it later
Nice video. I think you said something about 'capacitors possible damaged by heat from bottom pad' ..I expect you were talking about that missing pad (heat is going to chassis with it) i did see on some of your videos.. but i think you didn't install it..I understand it wasn't there from start..but maybe it could improve results..maybe..
you are right But we didn't forget to put the pad We don't have one and we couldn't find one because it has special specifications And we explained that the factory did not use a one (factory defect) It is a manufacturing defect
We provide free content about manufacturing defect ,We hope manufacturers will follow our channel.. The content may be useful for them And maybe soon the content for manufacturing defect will be paid
I realize that overload created 10 time the stress on the igbt when the pwm reduces it’s duty cycle I don’t understand the relationship between the duty cycle and pluse current at shortcircuit or overloaded I use a thyristor to turn off the spwm cord because the comparator don’t turn off sometimes causing all igbt to blow it’s gate and dye
63v rated caps have very little design margin for a 48v inverter. 60v equalization charge + battery cable inductance voltage ringing will exceed ratings of caps. Small gauge battery cables increase ripple voltage on caps increasing internal heating.
You are right my dear friend We replace damaged items with the same type We do not modify. Sometimes we don't show the edit. This inverter has weak components.. In the future, we will be showing videos for membership friends to the channel And we appear the modified compmnents and spot to weak components.. This must be 80v
I've spent a lot of time working on my service bench, and For some strange reason, I find watching your guys work on these broke inverters interesting. I have noticed a couple of things, one, no matter the make or model, they are damn near the same inside. Apparently there is one or two companies that make these and then private label them. Two, I never see any schematics so I'm guessing it's shear repetition that allows repair without schematics (and the fact they are almost all the same design) And lastly, how much time delation is used? Does a 30 minute video compress two days of trouble shooting? Or do the repairs appear in real time?
Thank you very much for your interest and kind words Your comments are absolutely correct These devices have one design principle and way of working But the manufacturers of these devices, which perform the assembly process, differ There are devices designed and implemented in a professional way, software and hardware There are weak devices in design and components And we're starting to include a real video assessment of the device we're working on fixing The reform process without a plan is completely real Actual maintenance time may be up to two days What you see in the video is absolutely true We make a maintenance video from A to Z Thank you again for your kind words
احسنت صنعا..عمل مرتب وفي معلمية واضحة.جزاك الله خير..
Thank you for your informative video! You changed all 4 capacitors - for timing reasons, I think?
You are right
Because we were not sure of the real cause of the damage
Of some capacitors
We decided to replace them all

great

Sir please make a video on fault 06 hybrid inverter 5kw.
استمر جزاك الله كل خير
الشكر الجزيل لكلماتك اللطيفة
nice
does the warranty cover this
Output voltage is too high ...but the igbt is not sorted.
