First and foremost, those offers are horrendous. Nobody should be taking them. I think the problem is people don’t understand the difference between income vs. expenses. when your expenses are higher than your income, you’re in the red, which is a problem. This not only includes your fixed expenses, but also your major expense, which is your vehicle to do this job for two dollars an hour at a 12 mile distance. Like you, I value myself more than the company does so I would never take those.
They team up and don't think. A lot of them are using multiple accounts and teaming up or it's good money to them because in their home country they make 50 a week

You would be surprised on how much of that trash gets taken, you can watch and it will say another driver matched. Uber in my area is usually pretty decent orders once you wade through the trash. The offers I take on Uber kick the shit out of most door dash offers.

After contacting support about it, I was told that exclusive means that the customer order was made through the uber ears app, instead of through a third party app. Don't know how true it is. An example is if a customer orders mcdonalds, if its through the uber eats app, it would show exclusive if it is through the mcdonalds app it would not show exclusive. So yeah exclusive really means nothing to us drivers.

In my market when offers are not exclusive, another driver can grab it while you're looking at it. The app then tells me the offer matched with another driver if they accept it before I do.

I'm an OG at this and still going strong... word of advice is if you're going to do food delivery (Eats) unfortunately the best time is at night... now if you're going to do rideshare then the early mornings are your best. I personally sprinkle a little bit of rideshare and food delivery.
gig is dead. u have to be earning $40 per hour to make it worth it and be able to live normal. especially with the inflation, because after expense (car, gas, suppliess, insurance, off days u dont have benefits doing this, etc etc). your profit will be around $20 to $25 bucks.😢😢😢

UberX is the way to go. Im usually able to pull between $130 - $160+ per day in my area. Make so much better then food and shop n pay deliveries which i won't touch anymore. I was like damn, that dude actually took that order I rejected. Incredible but with prop 22 perhaps it made sense for him

Uber eats sent me a order for 42.1 miles for 16.00. It’s crazy because why didn’t the customer order somewhere closer and why are they allowed to order that far?
Careful with those high milage offers. Took one and the mileage ratio was decent but when the customer began wondering why their order was taking so long as the mcdonald's was only 2 miles away and the order was sent 20 miles away they canceled. Uber paid only half the amount and even took away 75 cents I paid in tolls. Uber will hang you out to dry That's why we call it UberESADMF

You have to extremely cherry pick with UE. Opportunities section is trash for Walmart. However, I got a fricken unicorn banger. I told you about it. It was an offer for 51$ 1 stop, 6 miles. I think the biggest problem with UE and DD is NOT having an order minimum. If food order minimum is $40 and up, then these offers won't be so ridiculous. The base pay is a % of the order total, so the bigger the food order the higher the base pay will be. And for small orders, DD and UE should just add a delivery fee ($3 - $5). This way, there won't be any $2 or $3 offers. Anything under $5 shouldn't be legal... LOL

Every time I did ride share on Uber I would get Covid. Because Its hot in Kansas and The windows would be up with the a/c on.
I take nothing under $10 on UE. They hide tips over $8 so $10 and up they may go up.

Badass order, I call those “ unicorn’s” They don’t come around like that very often.
Uber eats sent me a order for 42.1 miles for 16.00. It’s crazy because why didn’t the customer order somewhere closer and why are they allowed to order that far?
Careful with those high milage offers. Took one and the mileage ratio was decent but when the customer began wondering why their order was taking so long as the mcdonald's was only 2 miles away and the order was sent 20 miles away they canceled.
Uber paid only half the amount and even took away 75 cents I paid in tolls.

@@dmi1571 that order was. Quickly declined and I didn’t see it again 😭 not today. In my mind someone else is closer and they can go get it. Plus it’s hot I drive a 2022 Nissan Altima and we not putting 40 miles on the car for $16.00.
I've actually done this big mistake and the customer had a nerve to have an attitude because I took too long, check this out, she ordered from a restaurant in uptown there was literally the same restaurant in her neighborhood😅

You have to extremely cherry pick with UE. Opportunities section is trash for Walmart. However, I got a fricken unicorn banger. I told you about it. It was an offer for 51$ 1 stop, 6 miles. I thought it was a scam. She tipped me almost 10$ extra tip, because of that Walmart glitch where I waited a good while. I'll never get one like that, definitely a unicorn 😂

They sent a package offer to my phone 7 TIMES...$35 to drive 3 HOURS to Brooklyn NY....7 TIMES they sent me this order not even trying to add 3 goddamn cents.... What on earth is this company thinking?

UE, you have to decline 15 orders before you get a good one. I’m @ 11%….. 11 out of 100 Offers is crazy.

I think the biggest problem with UE and DD is NOT having an order minimum. If food order minimum is $40 and up, then these offers won't be so ridiculous. The base pay is a % of the order total, so the bigger the food order the higher the base pay will be. And for small orders, DD and UE should just add a delivery fee ($3 - $5). This way, there won't be any $2 or $3 offers. Anything under $5 shouldn't be legal... LOL
