Great times for us. We also went to see Ryan at the ozark amphitheater this past summer. And he seemed very disconnected. While he did sing some of my favorite songs he didn’t want to do any meet and greets. I don’t know if it’s because Beth was still pregnant or what. But he did seem off. I think church's issues are with drugs and mental issues but drugs more so are helping worsen the mental problems. I look at it like this : Upchurch’s best album reached number 35 on US charts and it was released in 2018. His last 5 albums, (Pioneer, Blue Genes, Concert for the Crickets, Blue Genes II, and Turbulence) haven’t even charted! Then you look at Adam’s numbers, his best album on US Charts reached number 14 and his last 5 albums, only 2 didn’t chart. But if you wanna look at the other charts, Adam has 2 number one albums on US Heat charts, while Ryan only has one. Then, you look at all the people Ryan used to be cool with like Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, Morgan Wallen, etc. They are all bigger than him now. Doing better numbers and making more money. It’s like he can’t stand other people doing better than him. And then Adam goes and works with Tom MacDonald, who’s always pulled better views on UA-cam, and Ryan can’t take it. The one person he was doing better than is outgrowing him, and he’s losing it. He can say he’s not on drugs, but his behavior says otherwise. People use to see church as sort of having a midas touch in the indi scene of his lane, and back when he was coherent maybe he was a little bit. But people realized they did not need him anymore to navigate the indi world of music and they see that anyone who has ever been close to him or anyone he has helped he has screwed over because he can't handle that when they do get successful they don't need him anymore. His friendship is conditional, conditional that YOU NEED HIM.

Day 1 Ryan and Adam fan here. And yes I am RHEC, creek squad and goon squad. Not all of us agree with everything Ryan says or does. My family and I have met Adam and jelly at their concerts. Great times for us. We also went to see Ryan at the ozark amphitheater this past summer. And he seemed very disconnected. While he did sing some of my favorite songs he didn’t want to do any meet and greets. I don’t know if it’s because Beth was still pregnant or what. But he did seem off. I’ll continue to support Ryan and Adam. Because I like their music.

I was overseas when I was introduced to Upchurch music and that buddy of mine who introduced me to him was killed in action, so one night back home in the states I got RHEC tattooed on my inner forearm because Upchurchs music reminded me of my buddy. But now, church has turned into a crybaby and when he changed to “Creeksquad” he lost who he was. I think church's issues are with drugs and mental issues but drugs more so are helping worsen the mental problems.
His pupils in almost all his videos and the last year or so are huge, regardless of the lighting he is in.
Drugs, herione specifically, did the same thing to me. They "helped" for a brief,very brief period and the then just amplified my mental problems in didn't realize I hador maybe rather that I didn't accept. Then shit just spiraled so damn fast. Looking back, I had everything I wanted and threw it all away. I'm seeing that with Ryan.
Starting all over again was rough but been sober 8 years as although I still have not got back all I lost I am much happier and healthier.
