My theory that it actually quite impossible to be evil speedster to some degree. "Natural" Speedforce is multiversal living being, and she have her own mind, stopping "unworthy" people from being fast. Every speedster/flash always were some kind of beacon of light and hope.
Only way how you can break through this rule is by creating artificial super speed, not connected to main speedforce, or by connecting yourself to the negative speedforce.

Shattered Glass is the equivalent of Earth-3 that exist in Transformers
Originally Shattered Glass Unicron was evil because there where only 1 Unicron know as Singularity Unicron (well, technically there where 5 but this make the discussion too complex so let's forget about that)
Anyway Singularity Unicron is the equivalent of True-Form Darkseid
But in an event all Singularities where undone and Unicron split in multiple avatars of itself
And without the sustain of their Singularity Form then Shattered Glass Unicron became Good & Shattered Glass Primus became Evil
So The Earth-3 Darkseid Avatar could become Good if its separated from True-Form Darkseid for long enough
But he would most likely become Evil Again the moment he enter in contact with True-Form Darkseid

I'd understand if it was the other flash. I'd even believe if it was ultraman because barry is caught off guard or this version of Superman is faster due to more combat experience. However, wonderwoman must have been moving in really slow motion for the flash.
