Truly one of the nicest guys in the jazz world
Agreed!
I second that emotion.
I third that emotion...
It's impressive that he never seems to be sick of answering the same questions. He always just likes to hang out. So humble.
well, I i was the interviewer, I would go deeper, would ask question as of why this, and why that …..the only problem with this is that you don’t cover a lot of ground….
He is such a nice human being
really great interview.
I also use the Yamaha SPX90, it is great! Blues Driver aswell!
i am using the Harmonist, since I can’t get a spx90ll, and it does the job
So genuine and kind of people over the years. As much as I wish Iiked his tone better, he's one hell of a musician! Definitely true to his own muse!
a sweetheart and monster of the guitar... he couldn't lie if you gave him a billion buck...aint in him.
Listen to his guitar break on Fat Time, from Miles Davis album The Man With The Horn. Incredible
Don't know why all the questions about Miles Davis??? The theme should have been solely about Mike Stern..
That's because MS played one of the greatest guitar solos ever on "Fat Time" from the Man with the Horn album.
What happend to his hair :D ?
I think it's just wet.
Probably just took a shower??
I really enjoyed the whole interview. A very humble man, even after working/playing with so many legends!
I have met him on numerous occasions, each time he was always welcoming. Hats off to my BIGGEST GUITAR IDOL
