I had to sit next to a Fury when doing financing for my Indian Challenger and whenever the rep would walk away for something I'd step over and sit on that Fury. What a beautiful bike. I'm trying to talk my daughter into buying one so I can ride it sometimes. Congrats on your purchase and I hope you're still loving it.
Beautiful Fury! I love that Honda makes a production chopper that you can ride without trashing your spine. It's a work of art IMO, like the Rune. I have a 96 Magna, 34K miles and still an excellent ride. Just put on some Cobra pipes and upgraded my headlight to LED, it's so much fun.
I just discovered the Fury today! I've had a Harley Davidson Softail Standard since 2008. The Fury reminds me of mine, but it doesn't cost as much. When I get a new bike, I think I'll get a Fury. I LOVE that Chopper look!
This is by far the most beautiful bike that Honda has ever made !! !! Its 1300cc engine makes it universally operational in any paved road condition. Its sleek drawn back aerodynamic design makes it a favorite to those who appreciate contours !! !! Its speed, handling and perfect weight distribution makes it the most perfectly balanced bike to grace the American roadways. Man do we ever LOVE the JAPANESE and their superior engineering !! !! !! !! As long as Honda doesn't change the look or design of this bike, they will have a forever diamond in the ruff. This bike MUST be in every one of my garages in all the states that have houses with a garage to house one. This is a cruiser, a sport bike, an around town delight and yes, a Sturgis favorite. No one makes a bike better than this angel. Suzuki Boulevard is another very fine bike for a cruiser. Honda Magnas are a cross breed between a very fast sports bike and a cruiser with their V4 engine on a 750 but acts like a 1500cc but you can kill yourself on a Honda Magna so be careful, its more bike than most people can handle. But the Fury is the bike of bikes in the bike world. A specimen of perfection by engineers who really knew artwork both in contours and engine design. Our congratulations to Honda for showing the world that you are not afraid to be controversial !! !! !! !! !!
@Bunnyshooter 223 for a production mass made chopper style Honda definitely nailed it in most aspects. There are few things they could do to improve it but overall it is a great bike
That's a beautiful bike. My first bike was a 1964 Triumph 500 Tiger, I was 15 years old and in absolute heaven. My second bike was a Pearl green 1970 Yamaha 650 XS-1, I was 17 and I loved that one even more. That was 50 years ago, I'm now 66 years old and I think I might just get one of those Honda Fury's. They look like a lot of fun! nice bikes.
I'm loving this bike and am thinking about getting one. 1 thing I will definitely pull and customize keeping the look as much as possible is I will turn that 3.4 gal gas tank into a 5.4 gal tank. But that's me. I like to ride not have to gas stop every hour. Nice bike congrats
The Fury is definitely a unique bike, I've only seen one or two of them on the road out here in the last couple of years. Yours looks great ✌️ very clean mod with the mirrors too.
Been commuting my 04 VT1100C for over 3 years now. Put over 50,000 miles on it and it still runs strong. There is room in garage for a beautiful Fury though. What a fabulous looking ride. I’m torn between the Fury and a Stateline though. Love them both. Loyal to Big Red for its reliability. Thanks for the great video!
Taraxicum Officinale I looked at the stateline too but I love the styling and smoothness of the fury over the stateline. Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed the video.
Been riding for 40 years have had all types of bikes. Built my first chopper back then! I’ve owned a Fury since 2013 and still tinker with it and still ride it and still love it. Choppers will never die! They won’t die just because a couple of guys couldn’t get millions of dollars for them and failed.
Thanks for the video man. I just got my new 2016 Fury. Unfortunately is too cold for ride here in Chicago, but i enjoy looking over the beauty i bought 👍👍
Miroslav Sevdin congrats on your new bike. The fury is one of my favorite bikes. The compliments you will get is awesome. Ride safe buddy. Enjoy that bike.
Nice bike. I had the 2010 model with air ride and an 8° rake. Only had it for 6 months until a Ford F150 took me out head-on... still have a long road of recovery ahead , but I hope to get another one someday.
great video. my first bike was a Yamaha xv 250, just a little bar hopper. currently building a 750. I will be buying a fury when I can afford it. love it
Great vid. Getting my Fury soon. Love the mods you did. Can you tell me the name of the AM seat and bar? Also, who makes the turn signal mirrors? Thanks!
I have to agree that they are really nice looking bikes. Does the high tank keep the wind off your chest at all? I ride a Goldwing andsince 81 all of my bikes had some wind protection and bikes that don’t have any are tougher to ride now that I am 73. I live in Tennessee myself. Great roads
I really love the Honda Fury! Back in 2016 when I bought my Victory Jackpot, I was leaning hard towards the Fury but that lack of a six speed kept me from buying it. I still want to ride a Fury one day and maybe own it too!
@@KeystoneTexan I would doubt they will sell off the brand but I would like a couple of models integrated into the Indian motorcycles lineup. Maybe rename them. But they offer styles Indian currently does not.
I love my black 2014 Fury! I got mine in July. Mine has a small ferring on it that I think makes it look even sleeker with black Cobra pipes and black bars. I want to put some ape hangers on it one of these days and those blinker mirrors are pretty cool!! I agree it could probably have a little bigger engine and 6 gears but it’s still an amazing bike and can get up and go just fine when it needs to. I don’t think I’ll ever have another bike unless some say I decide I want a touring bike or if I decide I want to get a 2 wheeled monster like a Rocket 3 or something lol
You have completely sold me on this bike !! !! !! I absolutely LOVE this bike !! !! Where do I get one for a good used price? I like every part of your bike EXCEPT the pointed sissy bar. The reason is because in an accident that pointed sissy bar will impale you and thusly kill you. It just looks dangerous and not cool. Get a regular sissy bar for it. Other than that your bike RULES !! !! I love the fact that its a 1300cc because its powerful enough for all situations. Its a long bike with a rake which means it won't do the death wobble like sports bikes do which can kill you. You exhaust add ons are great sounding !! I love it. I have a Honda 750 Magna v4 which is WAY too fast for around town, its 87 horse power on a lite frame. I also have a V star 650 classic cruiser which I love for cruising around town or slow cruising to a far destination. But the Honda Furry is the black knight, the class act, the cool difference between ordinary and unique. I GOTTA have one but I checked Craig's List in KC and surrounding areas which turned up nothing.
I would check local dealers and cycle trader. Maybe even fb marketplace if you have that Avenue. It is a great bike and I agree with the sissy bar. It was great for holding a bag though
I totally agree with you on the looks. I've only owned sports bikes or sport touring bikes but have always drooled over the amazing style of the Fury. I've ridden some cruisers and they are fun in a different way. I'm between bikes now and am seriously considering getting a used Fury. I love the idea of a wild looking bike with Honda engineering making it easy to ride and great reliability. My first bike was a Ninja 500. I've owned a Burgman 650, VRR800, ST1100, CBR1000RR, and a first gen Multistrada. Of these my favorite was likely the ST1100. My current dream bike is the S1000XR but those are pricey even used. I'm considering the Fury and Concours14 as my next bikes. (I know, very different bikes)
lessdeth69 you look at it like we do. Anything with 2 wheels is fun. But each bike has something different to offer. Honestly the attention the fury brought was awesome. You feel like a badass when you throw a leg over it. I just recently bought a Suzuki boulevard m109r. I'll be making a review video on it tomorrow. So I say go with whatever you feel at that moment. You can always sell and go a different route down the road. We have bought and sold 10 bikes in the past year Haha. Ride safe. Thanks for watching
My first bike was a 2005 Suzuki savage 650 single cylinder my favorite bike out of all the bikes I’ve owned was my 1970 Honda Silverwing, which was a shaft driven love the way it rode most comfortable bike I’ve ever had was my 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 even though I wish the displacement of the motor was a little bit bigger it did not like in power
I ride a Shadow at the moment and have it for 23 years and soon I hope to get some royalties from my book and I am going to buy one of these tasty bikes. I know where there is one for sale. 8 grand. Thanks for the road test, I sure enjoyed it.
I had a 2005 version of this bike and I absolutely loved it! (I also had the same Cobra pipes.) I own a H-D Road Glide now. When I had it I enjoyed tons of compliments...even from H-D owners! It's a great looking ride!
My first bike was a 2007 Fatbob Harley. Really loved it. Just everything for it is very expensive. I ride a 2007 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100 now. Own it outright and everything is so cheap for it. You can turn it into what ever you want for not a lot of money.
Thanks much for the 2016 Fury review. I rode a HD Sportster new in 1978 and put 45K miles on it, sold it in 1985 and never rode again until just last year, February 2018. Bought a 2016 SYM HD 200 (170cc) to simply scoot around town with in retirement, etc.,etc. A cute and fun little scooter it is and everyone walks up and wants to know all about it and stuff. However, I need more bike between my legs to travel throughout the Eastern Washington desert and more this Spring and Summer so therefore my current interest in the Honda Fury or the Honda Stateline with the Fury currently in first place for me. Man, that Fury is hot for sure! However, I'm a 5'4" male with the shorter arms. Will that Fury be a struggle for me? Thanks Dean Seattle, WA
At your height I would think this bike would be too far off for you. Plus if you want to travel a lot the fury is a stop and get gas a lot bike. 120 miles and needs fuel. If you dont mind that then I say try to find one to sit on and see how comfortable it is to you
Gorgeous bike. The Cobra sweptback exhaust is beautiful, too. However, I really have a problem with it; why could they not have put a forward bend on the rear cylinder pipe, so they could be equal length? I think it would be more esthetically right, but more importantly, the engine performance should be better with equal length pipes, wouldn't it? Yeah, I'm weird, but that just bugs the $#*& outa me.....
What kind of sissy bar is on there? And also is it drilled through the fender? I have a 2010 sabre and as far as i know the only real difference between the sabre and fury is the tank. I have a cobra sissy bar on order but i like the color and backrest style on the one you have. Update.. got to the part of the video where you said what brand the sissybar is. Gonna look it up now but would like to know if the one you have is drilled? Thanks
I have always ridden Honda sportbikes and I am considering getting a Fury. One question, my lady does not like riding on the sportbikes, do you think passengers are comfortable on the back of the Fury?
Nanofamous I think with a sissy bar they would be comfortable. Without one I think it would be uncomfortable after awhile. We have decided to sell this one. Just bought a liter bike for our videos.
Had a 68 elect. glide.. police bike from auction... built a chopper ...12" over ...21"Avon front tire. Sold it soon after completed. Then a 04 Fatboy. Got hurt at work... and sold that bike. Today I'm bikeless. LOL I would sure like to have a fury. Sharp looking, fairly easy to do maintenance on. So what it's not a 114 "Harley" lol. Yes it needs a 6th gear.. I don't think Honda would ever do that... but ya never know... and while your wishing... wish for it to be the VTX1800 motor. So much potential there... Honda is blind to. I don't think they understand what being American is all about. But the Metric bikes... they all get a big thumbs up from me. Victory wasn't so bad either... but Polaris killed that. I was hoping Honda would put the new motor & 6th gear into the Valkyrie this year with the new Gold Wing... but I don't think it's gonna happen. The Yamaha Raider and Suzuki M109 are nice bikes too. Good video
William R I agree with the 1800. That would make this bike a huge competitor for Harley without a doubt and the sales would triple if not more. But it is a good looking fun bike to ride. I actually have contacted honda Powersports about the 6th gear and 1800 motor. One can dream huh? Thanks man. Glad you enjoyed the video.
I plan to get a fury, I know I don't need it to be the fastest thing ever, but damn, it would have been really nice if it had the vtx1800 motor and cruise control of some sort.
How cold was it the day this was filmed and what kind of gloves are you wearing? I’d like to have some thinner ones that keep cold out very well is why I am asking. I ride all through the winter as long as there is no ice on the road.
Levi Stclair it was in the mid 40's. I wear the Joe rocket hard knuckles. But they are not good for cold rides. It was just chilly that day not real cold. The problem with cold weather here is the high humidity. It makes it feel colder. Once the temp dips below 40 I can't stand to ride. And it doesn't stay that cold for long to justify winter riding gear.
Killjoy and SoRoc it gets pretty cold here. It’s going to be 15 Sunday. Lowest I usually ride in is around 20. I’m just lucky that the days it does drop below 20 I don’t have to work. Idk how much I’m going to ride this winter, my battery doesn’t seem in good health. Takes a while to start when it about 30 now.
Levi Stclair yea those batteries don't like the cold. If it got that cold here for long periods I would buy riding gear for it. It will be cold for two weeks then back to the 60's. Next ten days we won't get above 30 much at all. And teens at night.
I picked my first bike ever and its th 16 fury flat charcoal over black and just love this bike. I also get a lot of people asking about it and they are floored when they find out its a production bike made by honda. Where did you get those mirrors? Those looked good
Matthew Churchin yea the fury is what replace the old vtx. The fury is a vt1300cx model. Well I hope you get one too. If you like the old vtx then you will love the fury.
Killjoy and SoRoc yea I just bought it a year ago with 13k miles on it. $2k out the door. This bike will last me a while worst case. Btw. You are right. Shaft driven is the Best. I have a dedicated Instagram for it. 2004vtx1300c if you wanna check it out.
We are down there a few times a year. We love the blood mountain runs but swing through Elijay to Chatsworth. Follow us on Instagram and we usually announce our planned rides on there. Or on fb. All links in the pinned comment
Anthony Manfredini no I asked the dealership of I should. They said they wouldn't unless I changed the air intake as well. Its recommended if you change the exhaust and air intake.
There is a link with a rack option. Its sold in two pieces. Hope this is what you are looking for. www.accessoryinternational.com/product/highway-hawk-521-3046b-arch-sissybar-black-fury.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjwtb_bBRCFARIsAO5fVvFFE9CCS7j1JN_7dkELQIqoui3Oio9NAmak8V4GlMEzGAV9uYXrVRsaAr9BEALw_wcB
Nice bike man I like it a lot I'm between that and the VTX 1300. I'm leaning towards the VTX due to more gas mileage I don't want to be running to the gas station every minute or the fear of getting stranded lol
I only started riding at 59yo and now I always think about bikes and riding like the first girlfriend I fell in love with. I been looking at several bikes over the last few months thinking that I definitely found the one I want UNTIL I saw the Honda Fury! I was conflicted because my friends got Harley’s and were talking shit but I don’t care anymore. When I get one in my garage they will be secretly jealous. That bike is HOT and definitely on my short list of wants in life. 🤩
Matthew Haight definitely agree there. I actually addressed that. It needs a bigger motor with a 6th gear. 1800 would be a monster on this bike. Of course the price would go up. But still cheaper than the competition
I really love that bike, only problem i have is, i have a Honda VTX 1800CC also have Suzuki M109R 1800CC not sure if 1300cc is gonna give me the power I'm looking for, furry it self is beautiful bike, i need to ride one see how it feels, before getting it
@@tat2wheelz it's like why not, probably sell so much more, most people want the power, nice to have, don't mean you gotta kill it, but it's their if you need it
I traded my bagged out vtx1300 a Yamaha stryker. The power difference was pretty wild and I had every bit of power coming out of the vtx it had to offer. I always wanted a fury still though, being a Honda fanboy. My buddy recently came up with idea to trade my cbr1000repsol for his 2016 identical to his. I don’t want to have two bikes so similar but .... may have to let the speed days go while I’m still alive lol
Kaleb Mccain yea the Stryker is a whole different class itself. But same style as the fury. I actually looked at one before I bought the M109R that I have now. I will be reviewing that bike soon as well. But I do love the fury. It's a overall great bike
Brother you have a very beautiful looking chopper, some people hate it because they don't like the idea that Honda made of chopper for less money, and other people like Yamaha but we all know the fury it's pure chopper, from everywhere you look at it, I love shoppers, but I will not pay $80,000 and I will not buy a Yamaha Rider over a Honda fury, those are nice mirrors you got, I like the long arms on them and the lights, I've always loved those pipes, on any motorcycle. I've been wanting the fury since 2013 I just haven't make the choice, I would love to ride one for at least a hundred miles to make sure it is going to work for me, but it's hard to test drive a motorcycle for that long, The dillers only let you take them for a few blocks, I love the combination of black and chrome and that blue is a very beautiful color enjoy your motorcycle brother
Thanks bud. The fury is one of the best in its class in style for a production chopper. I would say you would know if you wanted it in a couple of blocks of riding. Just remember the small gas tank
Hello dear friends of Honda Fury. I'm from Germany and have been driving since 2010 and I'm really satisfied. The Fury is smiled at by many because it is not HD I do not care because it drives well and has never been because of a defect in the workshop. It may be a lot of plastic, but that also has advantages of the 1800 engine and a six-speed gearbox would certainly stand well but I do not believe in the courage of Honda, unfortunately.
I think it would be a fine starter bike. Not too heavy and your height would be a great fit. Not overly powerful either. So yes I think it would be a great starter.

have you thought about removing the limiter on the rpm? peeps say the bike runs way better after that. and can actually break 100 in 4th

I was thinking about getting the same one. My question is,how is with a passenger on it? How is it on long rides? I ride cruisers.
Passenger is fine. Long rides can get annoying because of the small gas tank. 120 miles between fill ups.
Cruiser wise my favorite so far is the M109R. Comfortable and fast. BUSAVARD if you will
I ride a Shadow at the moment and have it for 23 years and soon I hope to get some royalties from my book and I am going to buy one of these tasty bikes. I know where there is one for sale. 8 grand. Thanks for the road test, I sure enjoyed it.
Good luck on your next purchase. And ride safe.

First bike rebel 300 can’t wait to upgrade to the bike that I know is calling my name in this 2022 fury
I had a 2005 version of this bike and I absolutely loved it! (I also had the same Cobra pipes.) I own a H-D Road Glide now. When I had it I enjoyed tons of compliments...even from H-D owners! It's a great looking ride!
Greg Blanche yea I use to get tons of compliments on the fury. Loved when HD riders use to ask me if it was a custom build lol
Fury didn’t come out till the end of 2009
My first bike was a 2007 Fatbob Harley. Really loved it. Just everything for it is very expensive. I ride a 2007 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100 now. Own it outright and everything is so cheap for it. You can turn it into what ever you want for not a lot of money.
I want to do a honda shadow 750 bobber build. You are right. You can make those bikes anything for cheap.
I have a 2011 Fury. White with black powder coat trim. Tons of compliments on it.
I can't go anywhere without a compliment on that bike.
Thanks
Dean
Seattle, WA
Thanks
I'm pretty sure it was just a bolt on to the existing frame work.
Do you live around we’re your driving I work at the paper mill on the road you’re riding on I just bought a 2010 Honda fury
Live close to it yea. I work close to that paper mill myself. We are at HBR powersports in Cleveland a lot. Our buddy owns it
One of my favorites these are super bikes look great rides great and durable
Surprised I don’t see more of them
Definitely surprised you don't see more of them on the road.
So just curious what that sissy bar luggage rack combo is bout to take a tip on mine and definitely would be helpful if i could get one
It's from highway hawk.
Would you say the fury would be a good pick as a very first bike? Thanks
I do not see why not. It is not overpowered and is a true cruising bike.
Can you guys upload more? I'm really enjoying your videos!
We plan to get some more videos done soon. It's been rainy and cold. Thanks for watching
Sharp looking,
fairly easy to do maintenance on.
I have 2016 Honda fury special edition same color I love it have some mods done cobra swept pipes debaffled as well
Got to love the fury.
Great bike just bought a 2012. Still trying to get used to the turning with a longer forks. Good video buddy.
Use your shock adjustments under the seat behind the chrome panel. It will make it much easier to turn.
I plan to get a fury, I know I don't need it to be the fastest thing ever, but damn, it would have been really nice if it had the vtx1800 motor and cruise control of some sort.
I have said the same thing.
Where did you get that sissy bar for it? Love the look of that and want to get one for my fury!
It's a highway Hawk brand.
Awesome thank you!
Can a fury owner tell me what the top speed is in hwy?a speed that's comfortable without feeling like your topped out?thank you
85 to 90 before feeling like you are topped out. You have to consider wind too. Plus it's a little lighter than most 1300's
Love your video man!!!
Thanks man! I enjoyed making this one for sure. Keep up the great vids on your end too!!
Great looking bike, I never been the one to be concerned about what's in style if it looks good to you & you like it ride it chopper or anything else
I agree. Ride your ride!

Middleman IV I will have to look up the name of the seat. I love this bike
It is the custom option from Honda. You can order one off the Honda Powersports website
Did you add a ecu tuner for the cobra exhaust?
Anthony Manfredini no I asked the dealership of I should. They said they wouldn't unless I changed the air intake as well. Its recommended if you change the exhaust and air intake.

Life is short. Get what you want. Who cares what anyone thinks
I ride a 2011 Honda fury white color it looks good rides good am pleased with it
Love the bike how far have u rode on it ?
I rode 400 miles on it in one day. Not a bad day
It really would not have enough power in 6th gear. Better redesign would be 1800cc fury 5 speed. More power to keep the rpms down vs more gearing
Matthew Haight definitely agree there. I actually addressed that. It needs a bigger motor with a 6th gear. 1800 would be a monster on this bike. Of course the price would go up. But still cheaper than the competition
Where did u get sissy bar from?
That's nice cool backrest
I like to travel a lot. Long road trips. Can the honda ferry handle it
I would say you would hate it about 120 miles into that trip
I have a 2010 Honda fury l my channel I just bough it. Where did u get ur sissy bar with the rack on it???
Highway hawk is the brand. It was on the bike already
I really love that bike, only problem i have is, i have a Honda VTX 1800CC also have Suzuki M109R 1800CC not sure if 1300cc is gonna give me the power I'm looking for, furry it self is beautiful bike, i need to ride one see how it feels, before getting it
It doesn't have that power. Trust me. I have owned both the Boulevard and Fury. The 109R was great in all aspects the fury wasn't

My first Bike was in 1997 Yamaha yzf 600
I've had many bikes since then now I'm on a new 2020 Suzuki Burgman 400 Scooter because Scooters are Cool 😎
Can I get the name or model for the lighted mirrors
To be honest I'm not sure which brand those were
What sissy bar is that?? Looks badass!
Highway Hawk
Hey question who did your custom seats ?
It was Honda. They have it as an option. You can order it at a dealership
I ride the 2015 Stateline 1300 and I say.. it’s kinda like the fury but on Acid
Basically same bike. Different body parts and fork angle and wheel size. I like the state line
On the 6th gear, both my Honda and Suzuki only have 5 speeds, and do just fine doing a 140mph 150mph in 5th gear, no problem at all
Depending on the gear ratio. And motor size. No way a 1300 is doing 140 to 150 lol.

Beautiful bike
Thank you
Brother you have a very beautiful looking chopper, some people hate it because they don't like the idea that Honda made of chopper for less money, and other people like Yamaha but we all know the fury it's pure chopper, from everywhere you look at it, I love shoppers, but I will not pay $80,000 and I will not buy a Yamaha Rider over a Honda fury, those are nice mirrors you got, I like the long arms on them and the lights, I've always loved those pipes, on any motorcycle.
Yea the fury can hold it's own for sure. Honda had an 1800 motor I guess they don't want to drive up price because of costs.
Uwe G You should do a short video of yours by the looks of your picture 😁👍🏼
Would this be a good starter bike? im 18, about 6'1 270lbs.
