  • Today, I shared with you an easy yeast dough recipe that rises in cotton-soft puff puff. The yeast dough recipe that I have shared is a light sweet pastry recipe.     Yeast Pastry Recipe
    1 water glass measure of oil
    1 cup of warm milk
    1 glass of warm water
    1 teaspoon of sugar
    2 eggs (on the yolk of one)
    1 tablespoon of yeast
    1.5 teaspoons of salt
    6.5-7 cups of flour
    First, the liquid ingredients are mixed.
    Then, flour is added little by little to obtain a dough as soft as an earlobe and rested for 1 hour to ferment.
    After the resting period, egg-sized balls are taken and shaped.
    Half a tablespoon of milk and half a tablespoon of oil are added to the egg yolk we have reserved for the topping, whisked and brushed on the pastries.
    It is kept for 20 minutes for tray yeast.
    It is baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, upside down, for an average of 35 minutes until golden brown.
