Shane Waldron was the choice of last resort and it seems like he's an offensive coordinator for one year and he's done. If Eberflus doesn't do anything, and even if he does he's done after this year anyway. The Bears organization will not let Eberflus off the hook and he'll be made to ride out this sinking ship till the end of the year. Until the Bears decide to hire a coach with some heart and fire, without fear of that coach over shadowing the ownership this team's coaching woes will continue when they hire the next vanilla coach. And please go out and get a real offensive line and put some draft capital into that position for the team.
