Haha, I’m not so good on the calisthenics side of things, very rusty.
But one advice I’d give is, prioritise and have separate building blocks.
Both calisthenics and bodybuilding training will contribute to muscle mass, considering you do the required things.
So you can have a 12 week block where your primary objective is to improve calisthenics, bodybuilding workouts will take a backseat and can aid as accessory movements to help fill the gaps.
And vice versa, for the next 12 week block, where in this block you want to maximise muscle growth, so bodybuilding workouts will be the primary driver and you can use calisthenics movements as warm ups or keep 1-2 movements as part of your bodybuilding training routine.
For eg. handstand push ups on a shoulder/push day etc.

Please tell how much of a difference is it to hold this camera v/s an iphone or your M52 in terms of camera weight.
Convenience wise, there’s nothing better than iPhone.
But other than that Sony a7iv is better than m50 again due to the distance at which i hold the camera. Because of this 17mm full frame lens, i can hold it pretty comfortably whilst still getting everything in frame.
