    The buyers will not want to pay a commission they will want to negotiate with the listing agent instead for a lower compensation. Also sellers will no longer obligated to pay the buyers agent's compensation so because of this it's going to make it harder for the buyer's agent to try to negotiate this agreement. 😢

      @@clevelandrealestate Hello, I was going to your channel. I enjoyed watching the videos on your channel. But very few people are watching those videos. If the viewers and subscribers aren't high, then your channel will not be nominated for monetization. There are many videos on your channel, but not many viewers have seen them because they are very far in the search rankings. As a result, the audience doesn't find it. If your video is SEO optimized, it will be at the top of the search engine. So, viewers will see SEO in your video, and you will understand the difference. Your videos do not have copyright protection; anyone can download them and upload them to their channel. so you need to protect your videos.

    1. Explain they can cancel anytime if they are not happy with the way things are going.
    2. Explain your value.
    3. Explain how it is that you get paid exp, we pay for gas, time, etc. We are commison only. The one I like is, I am not guranteed anything. I have a booklet on what we do. I printed it and put it on a binder.

      Hi Emma, our presentation is always evolving. We're now hyper-focused on the benefits to the BUYER of working with us. We certainly want to explain HOW we get paid, because many people just don't understand it, but we also realize that many don't really care. So we focus on how we help them, why we're valuable to them.
