You're great at being totally transparent about who you are and what you're going through, which has helped me get through rough spots. I like how you talked about leaning into it. Be present in what you can do in that moment. We've been following and supporting you on Patreon for years now and have really enjoyed your content. It's like, hey, what's Jay been up to? Good stuff!
I just watched this again because I wanted to get more insight into Jess for something I'm developing. I found your discussion on the coaching Master Yota gave you on what you coined "aspirational limitations" very enlightening. I'm a creative and am learning to lean into my strengths and let go of the negative thoughts and reactions, thanks to the Universe bringing me insights like this. Thanks! 👍 😊
The Dutch and the French can get along, just, the Dutch hold a grudge indefinitely when they feel they get wronged. That means they can work together but will never be 'friends'. And that is something that I wish I didn't have.
“I put my camera on this Mercedes … they guy was inside … and he’s like “What the heck?” And I tried to explain to him there were little rubber booties on the tripod - there’s no harm that’s going to come to the car - but there’s no point. The fact that he’s upset says more about him than me.” I know, right? Once, while in Malibu, there was this great sunset happening and I had to get a picture but this guy’s house was in the way. So I climbed up on this guy’s house to get the shot. And then the owner of the house comes out screaming at me, telling me to get off his roof. Can you imagine?!?! But you know, the fact that he was upset says more about him than me. Some people are so rude!
