As a Lansing Area resident myself I’ve been waiting for this one, I haven’t had the chance to see westbound I-496 since it reopened to traffic, looks just as good as the eastbound side. As always great video, looking forward to the next one.
The sign is for the eastbound side of the boulevard (I turned westbound). There's a really short median that ends right after that turn that couldn't really be seen in the video. Kinda looks a bit misleading in the video lol
Your camera takes such great night footage. I'll echo your sentiments about LED lighting as well. It's certainly more efficient, but I have a certain affinity for the warm glow of HPS.
Thank you! There's a bit more motion blur than I like for doing any real sign captures but it does do a good job with the noise in the picture. Definitely a huge improvement from my old camcorder! I appreciate the comment
