I can’t believe they’re axing the 118 my local route and this’ll be my first ever local to face withdrawal the Camberwell to Morden service still should’ve remained 118 as it instantly follows part of the 45s and all of the 118s routing
0:42 Tfl aren’t making sense here, passenger numbers went down because the 414 was cut between Maida Hill and Marble Arch.. if that never happened this wouldn’t been the case but here we are
I totally disagree with the withdrawal to routes 118 and 414. Well, another or a third route will also be withdrawn in January before the axe of routes 118 and 414, and that is the 347 which runs from Romford Station to Ockendon station. And the 347 is one of top 10’s least TFL routes, and it’s by far the less frequent bus route around London. Just to make this a lot more busy, it would like to have the frequency increased from 2 hours to 30 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays, and have its introduction of the 30 minute early morning service and the hourly late evening and Sunday service at the same time. Note: that's just my opinion for route 347.
I still don't get why 118 is getting withdrawn. If they wanted to simplify the network between those places they should withdraw the 45 since it's pointless and extend 118 to E&C with a PVR increase

Withdrawing 45 between EnC and Camberwell is useless,now elephant and castle to Morden gets congested with northern line users
