we never got a offical multiplier for the form so any fan theory multiplier doesn't really count as the offical powerup for the form let alone UI is as strong as the story needs it to be that's how powerscaling as changed but thanks!

I actually have a counter for that, sure it takes the essence of God ki as a base to transform himself into Ultra instinct, but let us not forget, in the show Goku gained Ultra Instinct by absorbing the Spirit Bomb which was naturally grown by normal ki, and the only God ki within it was his and his alone, meaning Goku absorbed not only his God ki but more so Normal ki employing him to new heights, its also stated that to achieve Ultra Instinct Goku needed to shatter the ceiling of his limits so in a way its achievable even without God Ki simply put it doesn't boost his power or duration similar to how God ki acts as a booster to base forms.
