Metronome + Double Star Drop (Danza Aérea | Aerial Silks)

Warning: This is an advanced drop. You need a lot of height for this one.

Some useful notes for this one:
1. It hurts, a lot, at least for me. When doing the metronome drop it hurts my outer thighs.
2. The height where you need to start wrapping yourself is the same height you need in order to safely drop off a double star drop.
3. For the wrap (because I don't have enough height), I only did two wraps for the metronome. In the initial videos I did three. If you have more height you can keep on wrapping yourself all the times you want.

Algunas notas acerca de ésta caída:
1. Duele mucho, al menos para mi. Las primeras caídas con las piernas lastiman la parte de afuera de los muslos.
2. La altura que necesitas tener al empezar a hacer el amarre es la misma altura que usarías para hacer la caída de estrella doble.
3. Para el amarre (como no tengo tanta altura) solo hice dos amarres para la caída de metrónomo. En los videos iniciales hice tres. Si tienes más altura puedes seguir amarrándote todas las veces que quieras caer.

How do I train for this drop ? I can already do double star. Should I just learn metronome and then eventually combine the two? Amazing drop 😍❤

Thanks! Yeah, you can start metronome slowly and instead of doing the wrap for double star, do the wrap for single star, that way you can practice metronome easily.

How much height do you need to do this combine drop?

I have almost 6 meters of height and I found it really really just, so I'd recommend 7+
