Great video !! I love it when you picked up the pipe for Taco Stacks , he always think about you too when he finds old papers.🥰🥰🥰🥰
My daughter was watching with me, she had a fit when you left the 🍪 cookie jar in the box! I enjoy your videos. Thanks!
I’m so excited - bags and boxes from the house that keeps on giving. Can’t wait to see them all.
Me too.
The green tool box is my fav! Currently waiting for a house I found free iris at to put out more. I feel like a stalker. I can see them in a garbage can … I can see them! You opening the trash bags has been so fun for me to watch. You're so soothing.
It's like a little adventure
Red rugs are a nice pop of color! I would have kept for myself! Even for the front porch with that little green tool box!
It`s always lovely to look through your old videos again and especially this one where you hope to be able to give up your job. Wishing you a wonderful future.
That metal piece in the very first stop is a 50's or 60's toy. I had one. It's makes a sphere and you can shape it in all kinds of ways....it's actually very relaxing to play with and they make modern versions of them today for corporate conferences.
I would keep the basket for towels or small blankets in your living room. I love baskets.
That would be a great size for towels!
My Dad had that same toolbox, but it was used as his fishing tackle box. It's a perfect box for lures & all fishing accessories. 😃
Crafters will use the paper jewelry for their Junk Journals!🤗💕🤗
The small wire and bead thing you found with the green tool box is called a Mandala i bought one in Tunisa a few years ago it's quite relaxing you can change its shape . Cat from Scotland
Well done Renee with the rethinking of your business plan - loved some of your finds today - the green tool box was my favourite - cheers from Australia 🇦🇺
The green tool box was my favorite as well!
the marble platter is most likely a charcuterie board. It will be a beautiful display piece for those who love cheese !!!
The lamp is an outdoor lamp that you would use on a patio or porch. The globe and industrial cord are to help ensure that it is waterproof. And the marble board is a charcuterie board.
That metal wreath where you found the Christmas stuff! I couldn't see it well enough, but certain kinds of those sell for HUNDREDS of dollars!! ALWAYS pick up Christmas, Renee, ALL CHRISTMAS! You can sort it out later... You are a sweetheart and I love to watch your videos..Take care.
One of best lessons I've learned from you is to know your market. Where I live, the tool box and the basket would be popular. We love our storage containers!
The little wire thing you found at the bottom of the box underneath the toolbox it holds your hair when you put it up!
Meals in minutes 70 s. Love the vintage Xmas. You find the greatest things. Love the video.
Wow you got some amazing items today. Love the lamp!
I love the child's rocking chair. The 2 little choir angel's in the box were my 2nd favorite item. Love watching Paper and Moose. 😊
Loved the black pocketbook you left behind😬
Love the little ceramic angels! Peace
I was wondering why you didn't take that entire box too!! Glad to hear you are rethinking things. Stay safe.
The lamp is definitely for outdoor use.
I think the marble piece is a cheese board or cutting board?
It can also be used in the bathroom too.
I love the patina on that tool box. The colours are gorgeous. The lamp is very boho retro style. I wish I lived there I'd definitely buy that off you and I think you should research it as it could be worth something and maybe sell it separately if you can. I know it's a big piece but you've done the work, in finding it, you might as well get as much as you can from it. The little rocker and the garden lady are great finds too and then you have your vintage Christmas. You honestly are so lucky. The garbage angels are definitely looking after you. You get some amazing things over there. Thank you so much for sharing and stay safe x
I would have taken that plastic tool tray/caddy, as long as it wasn’t damaged. Not as a resale item, but for workshop use. Very handy!
Sweetly done as always Renee 👍 Was hoping you
would have grabbed the
Christmas House Cookie Jar .... When I use to do
recycling anything and ....
everything Christmas was not heading to the landfill !
But that's just me ☺👈
Yeah, I totally get just wanting to sell items you truly love, but I also came to the realization that if something is an easy sell, that you can make money on, it's worth picking up. Love the lamp! 😊🙃😊
Love the glasses! Love the Christmas things.
Great treasures today!! Love the old toolbox & the vintage angels!!
The lowes lamp with the industrial cord and covered light bulb looks like it could be outdoor safe.
😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂🎉🎉😂 too
If I had that lamp, I'd get rid of it as well. Love the little tool/tackle box.
I’m sure that there is a special person out there that will love it...me, I think it’s atrocious. It doesn’t make any sense.
Every time that I watch your videos (daily) I want our verge collection days to start up. These days are like your trash days but they only happen a couple of times a year where I live in Australia. I have been conscious before of home owners watching me looking at the items on the verge but I am going to make myself get over that heh
♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️❤️Every stop was a score! There seemed to be a China Cabinet off to the side of the 1st stop (?). There is a call for cheap furniture to chalk paint. I know your car is too small. Yep the whole box. I was yelling at my phone for you to pick it up...
As a jewelry artist, you have to make what other people will buy. What other people will want to wear. If I only made what I like to wear, I will sell less to fewer people. So yes, start expanding what you have to offer - the more variety you have the more people will stop and look and buy. Good luck!!
Renee, we found the cutest wrought iron plant stand on the curb today. Can’t wait to refurbish for my back yard. My husband has a piece of glass that will fit perfectly on top. I thought of you!
I'm speechless! Great video! Continue!
The quarter in the suitcase is good luck
Good afternoon sweetheart, your favorite fan, from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean, keep it safe.
Great Job Renee, The Mind Set is coming along great!!!! Selling is the way of life now still need to get names and phone#'s... but we know it is gather them over time!!!!! You may have to specialize in more than one field not to move on from paper but add another slowing gather info as well as inventory!!! Glad you thought of Taco!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Renee, I laughed when I saw you wearing flip flops to garbage pick. I would wear shoes, something might fall and brake a toe.
Omg that green tin box love it.. it would make a cute box for a fairy garden... omg then u found Christmas
That slab of marble is a cheese board. Perfect for entertaining! Remember that?
Mark Vitulano With the cute little cheese 🧀 knife.
Yeah someone else who likes green i started watching you yesterday i dont know why must be you talk to yourself it amuses me and makes me smile
Hi Renee! The homeowners see you+ have it ready for pickup! Good finds- stay well!
I love the green tool box too!
It is hard to decide what to keep! I have a good bit of treasures,my cleaning clients gave me. I have narrowed it down to where I m not a hoarder but deciding what to keep..I feel ya! To sell too!?wow🙀🙋🌟☺️
Great Finds!!! Also, hello from Rochester NY!!!
I found the same sleigh last fall at a thrift store. I put one of my small vintage Santa’s in it at Christmas!
Great items!
That outdoor table lamp is not ugly! All it needs is a shade . Also they are worth big money $100+
The rocking chair brought back sweet and funny memories. I had three little girls and had a pair of rockers just like that one and a little one for the youngest. They really enjoyed rocking their dolls. My middle daughter stuck a leg through each arm area once. It took several attempts before I freed her. I didn't have to resort to using a saw, which was a good thing because she thought I was going to saw off her legs.
Kids are too funny! Good story. Thanks for sharing.
I enjoy seeing what you find.
I think that green box is a fishing tackle box, cool regardless, I would of taken the cookie jar, you need a 1/4 ton truck:)
A van would be helpful as well. Easier to park and drive IMO and then you would paint the sides with Paper and Moose :D
Yes the sled has the spaghetti style on it really cute
Piece and the vintage Angel shakers are adorable
Renee, At first I thought they were a pair of kids potties. I thought "crap" not another toilet. LMAO.
Haha! I think I have had my fair share of finding toilets!
@@PaperandMoose You are doing a GREAT job. Any way you could get some background on the elderly couple who passed away, where you got the bags from? Would make a great behind the paper episode.
Your videos are so informative and enjoyable! Keep em coming!
Love your videos and the green tool box. I know you like Rochester and Kodak. I am a former Rochesterian now living in Phoenix, Arizona. In my wanderings around Rochester I used to pass the Kodak building on State Street a lot. Keep up the good work in saving "TRASH" from the landfill.
That lamp will give me nightmares. Weird thing!!! Loved the little angels...
another great video! Nice picking!
I love it when you take everything . Your the best. Great pickings.
This was an OMG to the 4th power trash treasure day!! Love the coveralls and the tool box! You found so many goodies for the market. I might have to go to Iowa City and try my luck again at picking, my little town of Riverside doesn't offer too much. What fun!! Take Care.
Kathy Lindhorst, you are from RIVERSIDE? My mother was from Wayland, my grandmother from Washington and my dad and his family was from Wellman. I had a cousin that lived in Kalona, but she passed away a couple years ago. Small world! We used to go back there every other year.
I love finding Christmas things.
Wow a great load of goodies. Crazy but the baskets down here, people would pay 21.00 bucks. Loved the child rocker. The green tool box is awesome, I could see you use it as a cash box while selling at the flea markets. Those are nice angels, I have a whole choir of them, from my grandma. That cord on the lamp was crazy. Enjoyed. ~ Texas
My mouth was running when I saw the vintage green box! The child's rocking chair will sell and the lamp too. Nice tour again Renee!
You and TS live in the perfect neighborhood for trash picking. You even find stuff with the *tags* still on! If I had that kind of stuff where I live I would be going out every day!
I love watching you trash pick.I watch and point and tell you what to take.Maybe you could invest in a small pick up.I live in south Louisiana and certainly don't ever see curb find like you do
Stay safe and good luck with all your treaures.
Chris-ABQ Hi Renee! 😊...What a great day for you...so many Goodies...loved the vintage Christmas, the basket you found, the rocking chair, mermaid & turtles....I would love
the Pottery Barn jewelry case, the greenmetal tool case, the lamp...I could go on and on..was quite the day for you! 🥰
I love to buy kids chairs for my grandkids. I have several. I would buy the rocker for my grands. They love them!!
When you are use to thrifting it is very hard to pay store prices like the basket
Baskets are usually abundant at thrift stores.
It was funny when she said it was from Wegmans, and the tool box was made in Rochester NY. I live there! I forget sometimes that Wegmans had expanded through most of the Eastern seaboard, but it still made my ears perk up when I heard it.
Renee. I love your channel!
Great video. My favorite finds are the Salt and Pepper shakers and that tool box. WOW! That tool box is everything. I've always wanted an old pick up truck with that kind of chippy paint with different colors on it. Good score! Take Care ~ Peace
Im sad...you didnt pick up the little stitched snowman framed picture. .i love snowmen..I was yelling at you to grab it. Lol
That tool box reminds me of an old fishing tackle box.
I think it might be!
When I pick for my booth the thing I struggle with most is buying “for other people”. If I don’t like it, I don’t buy/pick it and I’m trying to be better about it, but it’s one thing I definitely struggle with.
I really love your beautiful short hair. Also your great finds.😍
The lamp is considered an outdoor lamp. It’s weather proof, that’s why the cord is the way it is. They are usually $$$. Well over $100. Retail when new.
I loved that wreath . It looked like it was metal? Love your videos .
Was wondering if that wreath was a Dresden, good money.
Neat finds for a trash picking day. Some will sell for Ok money and you helped the environment. The Landfills are full..Lol
I believe that is a lamp for an outdoor patio. That is why it has a weird cord and a globe over the bulb.
bettyred67 red And the button to turn it on and off looks like it has a rubber protector over it.
That is exactly what I was thinking!
Great finds!!
Paper jewelry is awesome. Done well it takes a while and its alot of work.
Yay!!!! Vintage Christmas
Yes!!!! I look forward to your videos so much. I’m struggling with lockdown.....we’re almost back to all shops being open in England (I go back next week to prep for opening) I can’t wait for our charity shops to be open so I can peruse shelves and look for treasures ❤️❤️
Some great finds 😊
Hi Renee-Nice finds. No militaria today 🤗. Stay safe with the severe weather happening today. Brian (in Nebraska) sends best.
It seems as if the severe thunderstorms have missed my area. A little bit of rain right now, but that's it.
Yay Rochester!! You found some amazing items today Renee!!!
Whoo Hoo, good ole Roch chacha, why can't we have pickings like Rene's?
Oooo...that green metal box. So good. Score.
What cool finds..love the toolbox also. Crazy what we see as beautiful, some people think we’re crazy lol love watching ur videos 👍 but what I love the most is TRASH BAGS!!! 😃🥰
As I watch this video it's 4 months old. Trying to watch them in some kind of order but it's not working, so I'm just sailing along watching what's next! I'm glad you've decided to pick up more items for the flea market, Share this plan with your buddy Taco! He is so focused when picking, he will pick up the one thing he saw from the street fly back to his van. You can tell he is painfully shy, and he def doesn't like the homeowners catching him! Maybe if the two of you went out together trash picking, you could take advantage of his van, and he may feel more at ease if he had a partner in 'crime'!
Between you and me, that MIGHT be the ugliest lamp ever made, lol!!! You made out like a bandit with your treasures!!! Everyone's trash was so tidy and cleaned!!! I was floored by that!!! I can see you cinching that dickies jumper w a cool belt, and rocking some great boots w it for a "look"!!!👍👍👍The two angels are precious!!!🤗
I agree with you on the lamp !
@@booklover6963 it really is horrid, lol. But everything else she got was great, so score!!!
I love that toolbox too!!!! Great grunge look!
Hair wire piece to put your long hair in a bun,& then wrap that colored bead wire thing around your bun.
That's an OUTDOOR lamp!
That was alot of good finds! The tool box, vintage Christmas all 👍 good. Thanks for taking us along.
Good stuff fun watching !
I love the lamp!!!! Looks like a mid century - steam punk cross. It would be great with a mcm style shade.
Awwww....save the cookie jar!
I love the little choir boys! TFS Hugs!
This trash picking is so fantastic and unusual for me, we would never have this in New Zealand, once a year we have a council hard rubbish collection, where everyone puts out household junk, broken furniture, cruddy mattresses etc. Certainly nothing worth salvaging, I wanna live in the US😂😂
