This episode was very difficult for me to understand. Looking forward to more of your great Filipino recipes.

Pwede pong gumamit ng all-purpose flour dito. Pero hindi magiging kasing lambot ang resulta nyan, kung ikukumpara mo sa puto cake na gumamit ng cake flour.

Sa isang cup na all purpos bawasan mo ng one tbspoon, then, ipalalit mo ang one tbspoon na corn starch, mix well, magiging cake flour na siya....
