I was watching a video of him being interviewed in front of an audience a few years ago. The interviewer asked Keith a rather pointed question about his past drug use/abuse that made him react in an uncharacteristically uncomfortable way. Keith sheepishly smiled and hesitated, and may have even blushed, when suddenly, a reassuring voice chimed in from the live audience in attendance, “I love you, Daddy!” It was the voice of his daughter. I’m not even sure which one. The hugest smile of relief and pure love spread over that dear man’s face! The sanctity of his precious family was what he was protecting! And it was his family who had rescued and protected him in that brief, awkward moment. The man’s greatest treasure lay right there before him. The love connection was profound and palpable. His gratitude for his brave daughter speaking up was the truest, sweetest glimpse into Keef’s heart that this old fan has ever been privy to. God bless them all. ❤🙏🥰

What some people don't realize is that "rock stars" are human beings. They have a life off the stage. Keith seems like a very good man/family man despite his past and the drugs... That was just part of the Rock'N'roll lifestyle. Keith luckily made it out alive and looks like he enjoyed every minute of his time with The Stones.... God bless Keith Richards.

You wouldn't think it but the truth is Keith is a thoughtful warm hearted grounded family man. During the late 1960's and the 1970's he destroyed his physical appearance do to his heroin addiction. I love his music with the Stones I saw them twice, I saw the Wino's December 1988 in NJ Brendan Byrne arena it was his birthday, the place was going nuts singing happy birthday to him all night and he was very emotional and was very engaging with the audience joking around between songs and changing his guitars. He played Run Run Rudolph & songs from Talk is Cheap - and a bunch of songs that he sang with the Stones Happy Connection Little T&A Gimme Shelter and Sarah Dash sang Time Is On My Side.. Keith is Lucky to still be around & we're lucky to still have him.... Decembers Children Forever !
Depends on your perspective though really. By modern standards he is an appalling guitarist - but the fact remains he was a PIONEER of the electric guitar - he did things nobody had previously thought of. So from that perspective he was/is an amazing guitarist. 😊

Charlie Watts knows who he's working with to carve the sound and it's Keith, not Mick as much as everyone thinks.

I was at the filming of the Shine A Light show in 2006 and saw Keith's wife in the lobby. I didn't recognize her at first, and she gave me a goofy look, then I looked over at some other guy. "Was that?" "Yup."
Enough of these stupid interviews. We need to get serious about THE PLANET and start worrying about what kind of world we're going to be leaving for Keith Richards.
