This performance was in NY. The maestro Igor Krutoy, Pianist, composer of the song held a big concert there. He brought well known people from Russia to perform for former Russians in the USA. Of course Dimash is not Russian but Kazak, but he was raised to be fluent in both Kazak and Russian as the USSR had controlled Kazakhstan until 1991 an Dimash was born in 1994 so communicating in Russian was still highly important in Kazakhstan. This happened after he performed Sinful Passion in the black tux as that was the first time Igor had heard him. Igor was introducing Dimash to the world. Later, in 2019, Dimash held a huge concert in NY with people flying in from 72 countries to be there. Sadly, the USA has not taken to him. He is too moral for the USA. One thing I find delightful about him. He is also highly family oriented, a strong friend. A lover of Peace.
