"I didn't have to come to this confusing place." Okay, so why is Yoshinari there? I'm sure there are many other restaurants and bars that sell sushi. As Noah said, if that guy wants caviar, something fancy, or a very expensive meal, he can eat anything he wants as long as he has the money. Everyone is trying to explain to Yoshinari that it's not about what he thinks. It's about the food, the seasonings, the flavors, and joys and smiles it brings to people who eat it. The food doesn't have to be fancy or expensive as long as you enjoy it. But Yoshinari acting all high and mighty thinking he has the best taste buds when clearly he doesn't.
