This is actually pretty close to the truth. A lot of times, the character's head is secured to the performer around the neck and shoulders. The Ferb performer has at least a foot of extra costume on top of their head that's being yanked down. Neck and shoulder injuries are very common in character performers because of incidents this. This performer may not have been hurt but they stopped it quickly because they could have been if it continued.
I remember I was at Galaxy’s Edge and people kept tapping Boba Fett to get his attention. He kept holding out his hand and saying “calm down”. The staff with him said you have to ask nicely and not touch the actors to get pictures with them unless the actor allow you to hug or high-five them. So I’m glad Disney is keeping their park staff safe.
They aren’t being rude they are being disrespected by people that don’t understand that these actors are humans. People need to teach their kids and grandmas to not act like this

She rudely said “scan your phone here🙄” 2 times pointing at the queu box” and it hadn’t shown up yet because I was 2min early. I said sorry and went to a bench to wait.
