Hi Dan, you say successful men have a strong team. It makes me think that people could always be alone, unhappy and not successful in their life if they dont have much friends, they got bad relationship with their families and relatives, especially those always suspect other it doing bad to him, harmful or not benefit to them. Eventually, they are isolated by their own characters, not by other people or anything else. Obviously, suspicious and bad connections with people would surely lead to failure.

這個影片中我覺得最喜歡的部份就是：成功人士的務實態度, which is what you said "realistic"。任何方法如果實際上不能產生效果，那不管聽起來如何美妙，都是垃圾。
關於為員工設想這一點，自己有一些體會。有時候，放過員工的過錯，就是對自己殘忍，我還在拿捏那些分寸！領導真的很難！

你好！我是个90后，以前做一些餐饮的小生意最终失败了 ，很迷茫和无奈。。。对自己都没信心了。
不要想现在的失败，一个月后，一季度的失败，就想十年后的，五十年后的计划，就有钱了
失敗是下次成功的養分，瞭解分析失敗原因，下次你就知道如何跨越失敗，這經驗別人是無法複製的。
以前所吃的亏苦和没有计划有莫大关系，感谢分享
从小学到高中我就不知计划为何物。因为一切都被老师计划了，什么时候干什么，怎样干，我要学什么，怎么学，等等。根本不需要思考什么，执行就完了，也没有多少选择，长此以往习惯了被安排。到了大学之后，没有人给我计划了，我的行动都是被各种偶然因素还有个人喜好牵着走，时间不会管理，也不喜欢思考。然后学业屡屡受挫，才发现念了这么久书，自己并不知道怎么学习，怎么思考，怎么主动实现一件事情。

所谓成功都是相对的，没有绝对的标准。能够安全降生到这个星球上的人，在某种意义上来说就已经成功了！至于能否获得更多的财富，就要看你是谁生的，生在哪里，从小到大和谁在一起混，这些才是关键！有了这些，你就不会缺少成功的机会和思想。明面上的安全成功路径就是考上世界顶尖的名牌大学，那里有最多的机会和最优秀的人脉，还有最正确的思维方式。当然也还有其它的成功路径，但你需要去发现，还要有足够的勇气去行动。按照二八法则，很多机会都不是机会，失败永远是大概率事件，成功的机会只有20%，而20%的成功机会里面，最后只有20%的人能够成功。所以，宿命可以说是自然界中的一个法则，不管你如何抗争，最终的结果可能是早有的安排，就如同人生下来就一定要死一样。还是活在当下吧，有幸福感就好，成功永远都只是人生的副产品！
