Skin cancer is caused by abnormal cell growth due the Hpv. How can you connect the pathophysiology of smoking to skin damage?

There have been research done on TSW but it is still denied or not believed by some dermatologists even though it has been recognized by National Eczema Association.
Some doctors believe the NEA article falls short and TSW/RSS is happening in far greater numbers. Dr. Marvin Rapaport, of Rapaport Dermatology of Beverly Hills, has been documenting Red Skin Syndrome for more than 35 years and says he has cured 4,000 patients with the condition, simply by discontinuing the use of steroids and walking them through the withdrawal process.
**They just think it’s bad eczema and I’m saying absolutely not,” Rapaport said. “Listen to the patient, examine, do your biopsies and do your labs, it’s not eczema anymore. They have the wrong treatment.”**
NOTE: **I am not against any rules but want to help raise awareness for TSW and want to encourage more dermatologists to recognize this syndrome instead of denying it does not exists.
The potential danger of treating TSW patients with normal eczema treatment is high if they fail to recognize this . Once with normal ezcema treatment given ,TSW patients will have a much worser condition . Patients will trust the dermatologists with insufficient knowledge about this and will be clueless on how to manage their TSW . This needs to be put out to them because of the possible danger of giving stronger steroids to manage the TSW symptoms. There are also research being done on this and dermatologists recognizing this . The main stream dermatology community does not recognize this syndrome or do not have the right treatment **
I am not a medical student but a TSW sufferer. This should be known as an illness worldwide and accepted because prescription drug withdrawal do exist and proper treatment should be given. Dermatolgists are downplaying this condition, ill informed and wrong treatment .They are unsure of the diagnosis.
Incorrect medical advice? I have been seeing a derm who had a master in clinical research who have been telling me and helping me with TSW. I saw his research on TSW and he explained to me about it . Do other dermatologists in the community deny the research or think that it falls short? Yes. Their lack of medical knowledge really gets to me when they said that research falls short.
Why is it not accepted by every dermatologist? I would not have such harsh criticism if they are unwilling to believe the research because it potentially puts TSW patients at risk and vulnerable as well as left alone. Go and look up research done by other dermatologists who believes it exist and have the right treatment .They are covering up their lies and disrespecting the research done. This is a great example of conflicts of interest . They choose not to accept the research because of their own personal interests of supporting the pharmaceutical companies. Accepting research that only has a positive influence for the drug. Making up excuses that it falls short. The medical industry is disgusting.
